Fireside Girls' Morning Meeting

It was another morning meeting for the Fireside girls, which was like any other morning meeting that they had before. But there was one thing that made this one different, six of the girls seemed distracted. 

"So Isabella, I have one suggestion for a new patch that we can earn and I have an idea on how we can earn it," Holly said. However, Isabella did not respond. "Um, Isabella?" Holly said trying to get her attention, "Huh, Oh! Sorry, you were saying." Isabella replied snapping back into reality, "Thinking about Phineas again?" Holly asked, "Yeah, you got me." Isabella answered, "I'm not surprised. Anyways, as I was saying, I have a suggestion for a new patch for us to earn." Holly said, "Ok, great!" Isabella replied,

"Any suggestions from you guys?" Isabella asked the other girls. There was no answer from any of them. "Um, hello?" Isabella said trying to get their attention, "Huh, Oh! Yes, Chief?" Gretchen replied snapping back into the reality along with the other girls, "Do any of you have suggestions for new patches?" Isabella asked, "Uh, no." they said, "We were looking in our Fireside handbooks." Ginger said trying to convince Isabella. But Isabella didn't buy it. "Were you guys distracted like I was?" Isabella asked, "Distracted?! In what way?" Milly asked, "If you mean that you were distracted because you were thinking about Phineas, then yeah, we were distracted a little like you were." Gretchen said, "Actually, a lot like you were." Katie added, "Why is that?" Isabella asked with a bit of concern, "Well, I was distracted because I was thinking about MY crush, Ferb." Gretchen answered, "Wait! You have a crush on Ferb?" Isabella asked in shock, "Yeah" Gretchen replied, "Well, the first time I'm hearing this." Isabella said, "I have a crush on Baljeet." Ginger said, "I have a crush on Django. I mean, I can't stop thinking about how dreamy he is." Milly said, "My crush is Irving, I just love how nerdy he looks." Katie said. Adyson remained silent. "Adyson, what about you?" Isabella asked, "Do you want to know who my crush is?" Adyson asked, "Yeah. I mean, you're the last one that has a crush. Unless Holly has a crush on someone." Isabella said, "I don't." Holly replied, "Well, that solves that mystery." Isabella said, "Okay, well, call me crazy, but my crush is Buford. It may sound weird, but I just love how manly he is." Adyson said, "Actually, I want to say I'm surprised, but I'm not." Isabella said. Adyson chuckled.

"Okay, so, can we get back to the patches?" Holly asked, "Oh yeah. So what patch are you suggesting, Holly?" Isabella asked, "The spy patch. To earn this patch, we will have to find someone to spy on, so we can figure out a certain secret unnoticed. But if we get caught, we fail at earning the patch." Holly stated, "Okay, any ideas on how we can earn that patch?" Isabella asked, "Well, I was thinking we can find out about the new neighbor that moved in right next to you, Chase." Holly answered, "Oh yeah. I've heard about that. If we're going to be earning the spy patch, then the best time for us to get started is later tonight." Isabella said, "Is that just because you want to be with Phineas for most of the day?" Holly asked, "Well, yeah, that too, but mainly because it decreases our chance of getting caught." Isabella answered, "Well then it's settled. We start tonight." Gretchen said, "What time do you want to meet up?" Adyson asked, "I say 9 p.m. Because that's when it gets dark." Isabella answered, "Alright. Well, with that settled, I'm going to see Baljeet." Ginger said, "Come on, Gretchen. If you come with me, you can see Ferb." Isabella said, "I'm way ahead of you, Isabella." Gretchen replied, "What will you be doing if you don't have a crush, Holly?" Milly asked, "I'm going home to get all of this crush nonsense out of my head." Holly answered. They all laughed and then left.
