I rolled off the couch as my phone began to ring, i looked at the caller I.D, it was the pizzaria. "Ugh, hello?" I asked into the phone, waiting for a response. "Hey beuatiful, it's Gold", Gold said through the phone, his voice a whisper. "Wha- why are ye so quiet lad?" i asked, he gave a nervous laugh. "Well I may or may not have pissed your dad off and now, I may or may not be hiding in the backroom..." Gold said trailing off, i laughed silently to myself. Sebby sat up, slightly startling me. "Whose that?" she asked tiredly, i shrugged my shoulder. "Me mom, checking u' on us", i said, she rolled her eyes. "Take it outside, I'm trying to sleep", she groaned, pulling the blanket over her head. I laughed and walked outside, leaving her to sleep.

"So, now I'm your mother?" Gold asked, he gave out a bit of a perverted laugh," So I can punish you if you decide to be bad." "No, it means ye fucked wi' captain", I said laughing, the line went silent for a second. "Ha, ha, now I'm scarred", Gold responded, I tried to stop laughing. "S-ha-sorry lad", I apologised, he scoffed. "When are you coming back?" Gold asked, I shrugged my shoulders as if he could see. "Probably today", I said. "No, I mean really, when are you going to be back?" He repeated, I sat there for a second. "Probably an hour or two", I said, Gold groaned. "That's too long-" "Wha' the fuck are ye doin on the oth' side of the line!?" I asked. (Think bout it... He groaned and said it was too long... I would be wondering the same thing!) "No, I- ugh, never mind.... Just call before you leave." He said, I laughed. "Okay, bye lad', I said, I hesitantly said the next line," love ye..." "Heh, bye sweetheart, I love y-"

"Who the fuck are ye talkin to, ye landlubber!?"

"Shit" was the last thing from Gold that I heard before he hung up. I laughed, imagining captain chasing Gold around the Pizzaria. "Whose the lad?" Sebby asked from behind me, causing me to jump and drop my phone, luckily in the grass. "Why- what?" I asked, trying to make up an excuse. "I heard you say 'bye lad' in the phone, who was that?" Sebby asked, crossing her seems over her chest. "Me cousin.... Jeremiah... Yeah, the lad called after me mom did", I said, Sebby just shrugged her shoulders. "Okay, if you don't want to tell me, that's fine..." She turned and put the back of her hand against her forehead, leaning back some in a dramatic way," I understand! You don't want to tell your best friend who was the boy on the phone! Keeping secrets from me, you should be ashamed!" She yelled, I let out a sigh.

"Okay, okay, so aye have a boyfriend, but the lad is a secret boyfriend cause 'e lives out'ta state", I said, Sebby gasped. "Ooooooh, is he cute? What does he look like!?" She asked, I have to make up something.. "He has blonde hair, dark eyes but usually wears sunglasses, he's pretty strong-" "ooh, he must be a jock or something, I bet he's extremely sweet, and is always by your side." "Or something... But the lad is sweet, and is always 'elpin me ou' with stuff", I said, Sebby did a lovestruck face. "Aw, you two sound perfect... What's his name?" She asked, Golden Freddy. " 'e goes by Gold", I said, damn it, tha' might make 'er suspicious! "Cause of his hair? Is it that blonde?" She asked, I nodded my head, not really understanding what she was getting to.

"I w-" Sebby was interrupted when her phone vibrated, she looked down at it and sighed," my mom has to go out'ta state for awhile, bout a month. I need a job, do you have any openings at the Pizzaria?" "Aye believe so, but we woul' have to check with me mom", I said, Sebby nodded her head. "Deal",  she responded.

Hey guys, so I just wanted to say.... Ya know what, screw it... I'm not sure I'll be able to update for awhile, my mom just got engaged to her fucking boyfriend, I might not be able to spend Christmas with my dad, I'm literally crying right now. I just don't want to be with my mom, I told her I didn't like her ex-boyfriend and he lied to her and she promised she wouldn't date anyone I didn't like! I don't like her boyfr- er fiancée and she continued to date him!! I don't like him, he drinks, he got my mom BACK to drinking.  I'm afraid she might- never mind, some of y'all already know. I'm sorry for ranting, but I just feel like I can tell y'all anything. I told my best friend Destyni,  and she PUSHED me, literally, when I tried to give her a hug cause I needed comforting! Then she said I HAD to be happy, and she wouldn't talk to me all day cause I wasn't happy for my mom and her boyfriend.

Once again, I'm sorry, I just feel like I can trust y'all with almost anything.
