Ever read those cliche Wattpad stories that have main girl who catches the attention of all the bad boys and ends up falling in love with them?

And then you see her best friend. Usually overly confident with guys and in general and really good at picking out outfits for first dates and fancy events.

Yeah. That's me.

Everyone assumes I'm like that but in reality, I suck at talking to boys and anyone in general and I suck at picking out outfits for my best friend.

Alyssa is gorgeous with her fiery red hair and and soft blue eyes but she is anything but soft. On the outside she seems like a nice, beautiful girl, on the inside is whole 'nother story though. Sure she's nice but she loves attention. She basks in it. And when it isn't given to her she will go for days without food. Trust me. It's happened before.

To everyone else it seems like she's the perfect main character and I'm her little sidekick best friend. And I'm fine with that. But sometimes, I want to be a little more than just another face.
