This is the second time I've had a dream like this.
But this time it was painful and I was stuck. More stuck than ever before. And it was painful so painful. my whole body felt like it had been used as a punching bag.
stalked, I kept running. running around in circles in this big house. I could never find a moment alone. Because they were chasing me.
But I knew it wasn't real. It was a nightmare. I tried to wake up, but I only managed to see my room. I was just laying in bed.
Every time I tried to get up from my bed, it felt like I was dragged back. It hurt as well. I saw my sister.. and she told me I could just get out of the bed.
But I couldn't. Eventually I couldn't even move in my dream anymore. I was so stuck and I couldn't wake up. It felt like hours, although when I finally managed to wake up, screaming, only two hours had went by.
I'm so tired... but I'm too scared to go back to bed. I feel like I'm going insane.
Is this what sleep paralysis feels like?
