Chapter 1

Getting to know each other

At lunch it was pizza. She couldn't remember what pizza tasted like. It looked like bread with tomato and cheese on it.
"Hey Addison come sit next to me"
She walked to Natalie's table when Sheila tripped her up.
"Ha ha ha. Addison did you have a nice trip" laughed Hannah.
"Addison are you ok?"
"Oh Natalie. Your making friends with this kid. Look at her. She is a mess."
"That's only because Shiela tripped her up"
"No I didn't. She's just a clumsy mess"
Addison brought spear outfit which was a relief.
It was break. Addison and Natalie walked to the local coffee shop.
"What would you like Addison"
"What is there"
"There is a strawberry cupcake or a chocolate brownie if you are hungry. Or if you would like something to drink you can have a cappuccino or a latte."
Of course Addison doesn't remember what it's like in Starbucks.
"Can I just have water"
"Sure only if that's what you really want"
"I don't really fancy anything warm"
"Ok well I will have a cappuccino"
"I can pay"
"Don't worry I was the one who asked you to come so I will"
"Thanks"
"No problem"
Back at school
"Now Class. Tell me who wrote Romeo and Juliet."
"Its William Shakespeare" shouted a student from the back of the classroom.
The boring day went by and it was home time.
"Addison would you like to come to my house later"
"Yes sure"
"Don't accept any invitations to parties from kids unless it's a harmless birthday party or something. The other kids parties are really bad. They could easily get into trouble. You wouldn't want to get grounded."
"Ok"
Addisons point of view
Rita came and took me home. She wouldn't stop bragging about how she got invited to a party at a rich child's house. It was a harmless party. I asked Rita and she said so. I didn't mention Natalie though. By the way, Rita is 1 year older than me. I went to Natalie's house.
