I got out the car and ran for the door. I burst the door open as I went to look for the others. I go upstairs to find them in our favorite spot, The secret room behind the book shelf, that no one has access or knows about, except us. I go in to find them there, Alex, Avani, Kairi, and Diego. 

 "Oh? Guys, he's angry. Shut up." Kairi mumbled, not looking up from his book.  

"Who the fuck should we kill?" Alex demanded, standing up from his seat in excitement.

"What's wrong cousin?" Avani asked worriedly. 

"Brother?" Diego questioned, putting his guns aside. 

" 'what's wrong?' I'VE BEEN KIDNAPPED." I blurted out in anger. I banged on the table in frustration.

 "hai detto cosa?" Alex blankly looked at me. 

"What happened last Notte?" I demanded to know.

 "we went to the club yesterday and we all got wasted. You were very drunk, We all went home but you insisted to stay. We told some people we own to Guard you. They came back saying you werent there." Avani explained. 

 "They are dead now. We killed 'em." Kairi blankly stated. 

"Buono." I sighed. 

"Dont worry brother, we will find out who did this." Alex stated confidently.

 "Hell yeah and once we do, i want to kill them with my bare hands." A rush of excitement went through me.  We all look at kairi after his phone ringed. He looked at it and slowly looked at us. It must be important.

 "What it say kai?" I say as I leaned on the wall. 

"Looks like we got to meet someone." he glanced at me. 

"Who?" i raised an eyebrow. 

"The Mafia of the de la cruz." He blankly announced. 

"Well isnt that interesting?" i smirked.

"Boss, The Polibios arrived." The man said as I nod making him leave. Sam, Alvaro, and I exchange looks.

'Remember, bring protection.'

i put my gun inside my shirt hiding it, Alvaro brought a sharp knife and Sam brought a bat. We head downstairs to be greeted by them. I saw two boys and one girl. They give us stern stares. We return it back with a mocking smile. 

"I'm Avani," the girl says politely as she reaches her hand out. I shake it. She's a weird one. She nudges the others to introduce themselves. They sigh.

 "I'm Alex." One of the guys states. 

"I'm Diego." The other says. 

"Nice to meet you, I hope we can actually work together peacefully." I state, emphasizing the peacefully part.

 "This is Sam and Alvaro, the others are away right now." I commented on the lack of crew.

I lead them to the living room to talk. I have to admit, they are some funny people and we seem to relate a lot more than we thought. Avani is the friendliest and the most polite, she doesn't seem to give off any wrong intentions but i should still keep my guard up. We even planned to go shopping on Saturday. Later, my bodyguard comes behind me, "Ms. De la cruz, Mr.polibio is in the main room. He wants to speak privately." I nod as I say goodbye to the others. I go in the room to see the back of some boy.

I cross my arms,

"Ciao, Mr.polibio."

he turns around, both our eyes widen.

"Mattia?"

"Y/n?"




In unison we speak,

"what are you doing here?"
