‘Alisa I will kill you!!’
‘Hey what did I do!?’
‘Don't you dare ask us about it. You acted like a brat all this time. Telling that Adam Sandler everything and not us.’
‘Derecka coolness. Take a deep breath and see how understanding Rachel is.’
‘My foot understanding. Can't you see the heat is building in Rach.’
I observed Rachel's facial gestures and her left brow was up and there was sweat near her temples.
Oh damn she surely was mad but wasn't flaring.
‘Guys I'm really sorry. I myself was figuring out the entire thing. It was all like one plate full of food, so much to eat.’
‘But dare not next time hide stuff from us otherwise we can be more evil than Haven.’
Ugh that wasn't a comparison I was hoping for but I certainly appreciate the concern my friends have when I'm actually tightened up with wild grass.

All 3 of us headed to the campus and then to our respective classes.

I was sitting on the middle row, not too impulsive not too shy just a reasonable student raising her hand when answers are asked unlike the first row who prompts like some misguided choir and the last row who is half asleep

There's nothing new with our history class except when Benji mimics like other professors when he has to narrate his thesis.
This one time when he was narrating about the Russian Civil war where he was doing mimicry of our Dean and worst as well as the best part is the Dean was on his regular campus rounds and he happened to come in our class for inspection when Benji was doing his mimicry. Our history professor that to hear a good one from the Dean for some a disrespectful behaviour of a student.

Coming back to present, as soon as we opened our thick books to flip through the pages and yawn to sleep Mr Slumber, the Finance teacher came to our class and announced.
‘The Finance students would be sitting in your class for today since the smell of the freshly coated walls is very pungent to study. ’

All history students started howling like some invaders were coming in our territory but did not bother much because history was boring unless it has something to do with the kings. Like a trained flock the finance students came in the class in a line.

I saw Zach entering the room, oh darn it, I completely forget Zach was a Management student.
I straightened up my back as he entered and pretended to be busy in reading.
He was wearing his blue Bandana, the one we bought together for both of us. His hair had grown pretty long but it looked really appealing like a badass look. I still have his picture I took the very first day we bought the Bandana.

I'm guilty that I have all his pictures still in my drive

I'm guilty that I have all his pictures still in my drive. Everytime I try to delete them I can't. All of them a specific memory I don't want to let go.
Zach saw me but I took away my gaze, he sat across me. The entire lecture I couldn't concentrate and was on high alert.
The class got over and while I was packing my things Zach came to me
‘Hey. How are you?’
‘Uhmm I'm good. What about you.
‘I'm grand. We should catch up though.’
‘Definately.’

I was very happy he was making an effort to stay but I do wanna talk about that night with him. I don't know if he is ready for the same. Why does he pretend that everything is normal when it isn't and this makes it all the more weird for me.
‘So are you free tonight?’
‘Not exactly. I'm meeting Adam for dinner with Rachel and Derecka. Why all cool?’
‘Yea absolutely. I just wanted to take you out for dinner. It has been a long time but it's ok we can plan some other day.’
‘Yea sure.’
I smiled at him and we went out to the cafeteria.

I was feeling so anxious of not going out with Zach. I mean Zach is unpredictable but maybe he finally wanted to amend things and talk about it at dinner but I can't even miss Adam since he was removing his time to help me out. But I still wish to go out with Zach.

Down in the hall I saw Arthur and Aaron talking but I walked past them ignoring them on their face. I don't wanna talk with them although Aaron would be escorting me for the Winter Formal.

I decided to spend the rest of my day completing all my pending work before the dinner.

At 7 I started to get ready because by 8 I had to be at Derecka's to go together.
I dressed in a plain black tank top with pink gloss and big hoops to make it a classy girl look.

Of course I would be taking my jacket with me since New York's night wind is unbearable

Of course I would be taking my jacket with me since New York's night wind is unbearable.
I took a cab and took off to Cole Apartment where Derecka stays. As usual the foyer was dim and the room was in tulip scented.
Rachel was already there and hopefully Derecka was also ready.

I told them how Zach suddenly asked me out for Dinner. I think maybe Adam told Zach everything and Zach realised his mistake so he's trying to fix things. Well this can only be known once we meet Adam and ask him ourselves.

We reached La Bernardin, best restaurant in New York for seafood but I'm not a fan of lobsters and prawns so I will have to stick with my Salad.

We took a table for 4 and waited for Adam since he was suppose to get a bit late due to his interview shift.
Adam entered from the back door of the restaurant, the door which only the staff uses.
He always wants to make a superhero entry but which hero enters from a restaurant kitchen.
He took his seat all tired but still smiling.

‘So how was your interview?’‘It was good, at least I wasn't asked what clothes I prefer wearing at work like the last one

‘So how was your interview?’
‘It was good, at least I wasn't asked what clothes I prefer wearing at work like the last one. How can I say them that I wear sweatpants and boxers to work.’
‘Hahaha what type of question is this.’
‘Basic New Yorkers questions.’
I rolled my eyes and did a low squawk, enough for the people on the table to hear.
‘By the way Adam, by any chance did you tell or mention anything to Zach about our morning conversation.’
‘No, you asked me not to so why would I!?’
‘Well ok because Zach asked me out today for dinner. I me all of a sudden.’
‘Well someone has realised their mistake.
So ladies and no gentlemen let me acknowledge you with my plan...........’
