It Takes Two... This Time, It Takes Three

Chapter 1 - About Time

Running like their lives depended on it because their lives actually did depend on it. They saw the light growing ever so closer and once they were in the village's light, they both took a glance behind them to find they were scot free of monsters. They lean against a house and try to catch their breath, their hearts racing from their little run.

"We...*heave huff* made it." Wilder said breathlessly

"Fucking...*huff puff* finally" Dev responded

The two picked themselves up as their breath restored

"we should explore the village, but first im tired." Dev said tiredly

"Agreed plus its-" he puts his hand to the stars like 1am right now. "Lets find a vacant house."

Walking the paths of the fairly large village they were in, they both found a sizeable vacant house on the outskirts of the place. It was right next to the sea, oak and birch trees surround the little area that they believe was just made for them as there was no one inhabiting or occupying the space.

Walking inside, they notice cobblestone walls; some with moss, a few torches, a small book case and lastly two beds; a green and red one.

They each took a bed, wilder taking a green bed and dev taking a red bed, they drift off to sleep no later than 5 seconds after their heads hit the pillow.

-the next day-

They woke up at the literal asscrack of dawn as the sun was beginning to rise as villiagers of all different professions alike began to wake up as well.

While everyone was out, this was a good time to raid the chests and take whats of value. They both split up after deciding what parts of the village they could get using the Divide and Conquer strategy. Wilder went and hit the west and south side of town while Dev was hitting the east and north side. They agreed and formed a meeting spot at the little sea where their house is. They no later split up in search of valuables hoping to at least come back with something good.
