001. introduction

hello, my name is kiara lee black , im a "pogue" , thats basically a non-wealthy person , my family is very wealthy but i do not hang out with the "kooks" so i call myself a pogue, i have 3 bestfriends , " john b/ jb " , " jj " & "pope" , they always do things i wouldnt do but i dont really mind, they look out for me & make sure im okay , witch makes me vv happy, i am beyond greatful for them <3 . they are the key to my happiness but , theres these "kooks" who are very disrespectful , kooks are rich people in the outerbanks , they get what they want, do what they want, and are overall just disrespectful , youll see later on in the story. john B's dad recently went missing at sea, witch that would never happen so, its pretty confusing, his guardian is his uncle but hes been in missisippi for 3 months so its just been john b, we are all 16 years old . in school theres this group of boys who moved from NJ, theyre really nice . theyre " middle class" so not a "pogue" witvh is my friend group name so they wouldnt be a pogue at all anyways, but theyre not richh like the kooks ! anyways, ill see you in 002!
