STARTED WITH A KISS

Chapter 2

Gulf's POV

His eyes were staring very closely at mine. I couldn't help myself but stared at him too. I took a while for me to look away.

"Aren't you going to answer me?"

Mew's POV

"Next!" I shouted as I was never been satisfied of almost all the applicants. All I could see is them walking inside and just staring at me almost drooling.

The door opened and my sight went to that direction.

"How he be so handsome?" I told my mind.
He introduced himself and sat at the chair.

"What do you have that the other applicants don't have?" I told him. I noticed him stuttered so I approached him. I held his hands and told him to be calm.

"Aren't you going to answer me?" I told him as I stood up and went to my chair.

"I don't just give up quickly sir." He said as he is smiling very cutely. Out of all the applicants that I interviewed before him, he was the only one who had this short but direct to the point answer. I'm kinda liking it.

"Have you ever heard that I am very short tempered person and I don't want any mistakes especially at work?" I said in a very serious tone.

"No sir, but I will not surely disappoint you." Looking at him, I think he already seemed relaxed.

"Okay, we'll call you again."

"Thank you sir." He said as he stood up and walked out the door.

I closely closed my eyes as I am waiting someone to get in the room.

"That's all for today sir." I heard Wil entering the room. "Do you like somebody already? I mean the secretary."

I knew that Wil was teasing me. I already told him that I already moved on.
"I told you a hundred times already that I had moved on. Besides, that was way back 2 years ago. I think I finally had my heart open again that long." I told him.

"I was just teasing haha! By the way, don't be a monster to your new secretary okay?"

I just nodded in response.

"That boy a while ago was handsome. Who is he?"

"Non of your business" I told him as I walked outside the door.

Okay sometimes I could be arrogant and very serious. I'm such a dedicated person too.

I went back to my office and check to see if there had any work to do.

Gulf's POV

After the interview, I decided to to go the mall near the Co Company. Thinking about earlier, I've never been shy to a guy before but that President of the Co Company made me feel so. Anyway, I was walking towards this restaurant alone and walked towards the counter to order.

I find a seat near at the corner and went immediately. I was enjoying my meal when I heard a very familiar voice.

I looked at where the voice was from and saw her again. It was Tin. My ex-girlfriend. 2 years ago, we broke up because we decided we need to grow each other separately. Nothing more, me and Tin remained bestfriends. Besides, she already had a boyfriend which is also a friend of mine.

"Gulf!" She squealed and everyone was already looking at us.

"Shhhh! come here!" I waved at her.

"Hey, how you've been doing now?" She told me as she seated right infront of me.

"I just came from an interview at the Co Company." I told her.

"What?! OMG I worked there as well!" I screamed again.

"Really?!" I was shocked in response

"I'm the Head of the Staffs and Employees. They are all under me and I am the one who orders them and took care of them as well." She told me having this big smile of hers.

"If I could be accepted right? I don't know yet." I told her as I took a a bite of my food.

"Well, tell me if you got in okay? I'll be heading out now. Me and Lucky had a date today!" She said as she started to stood up.

"Yeah sure, say hi to Lucky from me. See you soon!" I told her as I waved my goodbye. I'm so thankful that me and Tin are in good terms not like any other exes.

After here, I decided to go back home and sleep.

Mew's POV

"Wil" I called him on the phone.

"Is there anything I could do for you sir?" He said politely.

"I'm hungry. Could you get me some food please?" I told him. "Please hurry up a bit."

"Sure sir." He said and hang up the phone.

While waiting for hin, I opened my laptop and continued working. I haven't had already have that much of work since we are still going to have a meeting in 2 days and before that 2 days, I need to have a secretary already.

"Mrs. Lee!" She was the lady here in our company that worked for almost 27 years. She is the one who organises the events and others here in our company.

"Yes sir?" She politely responded.

"Call Mr. Gulf Kanawut. Tell him he got the job and I want him tomorrow 7 am sharp."
I told her.

"Okay sir." She said as she walked away.

I'm very curious and I want to get to know him better. I had this feeling where my heart flutters every time I see him.

"Here is the food you told me sir." Will said as he took out the food and put it on my table.

"Thanks." I told him as I already opened the food and started to eat.

"I saw the boy you interviewed you know the handsome face?" He told me while smiling devilishly.

"What about him?" I said.

"He's at the restaurant and I think he is with her girlfriend."

I stopped eating. He has a girlfriend?! Well it's not that much shocking obviously because he is handsome and cute.

"Then?" I told him.

"Hmmm just saying."
