Chapter 19

Gulf's POV

"Oh my god! It's you?! I couldn't even recognise you, I mean you look uh—,"

"More handsome?" Bright said immediately without me finishing my sentence.

"I mean yeah, but... Until now, I haven't even make it up to you about the umbrella you lend me and it's been years!" I told Bright.

"We could just at least get to know more about each other, don't you think? I mean if it's——"

"Gulf!"

Mew barged in to the room with an angry face. He looked at me and then looked at Bright.

"Why are you here?" Mew asked Bright with an angry look.

"We were just having a conversation." Bright answered playfuly which made Mew even more angry.

"Gulf, in my office now." Mew said.

I don't want him to get angry at me and neither Bright too, but I must listen to him inorder for things not to get worse.

I waited in his office for about a few minutes when Mew came in.

He went straight to his chair and he looked, angry and at the same time tired.

I went behind him and massaged his temples and shoulders for him to cool down.

"You made me mad today." He said.

"I'm sorry if I did anything wrong, but we were just talking with Mr. Bright. I don't want you to get mad at me and also to him." I replied.

Mew let me sat on his lap and we are now facing each other.

"I'm scared." Mew said with a pout on his face. He is so cute.

"Scared of what?" I replied.

"Scared of losing you." Mew replied with a teary eye.

"Shhhh don't cry okay? No one is going to take me away you silly, why are you being dramatic know? Are you just jealous?" I teased him.

He didn't reply, instead he just pouted and buried his face into my neck which is his favourite place, it's like his comfort place to be.

We stayed silent for a while until he said something.

"Would you go on a date with me? I'll bring you somewhere you'll surely love. How about this Sunday? I have to meet with my parents tomorrow, so Sunday, is it okay for you?" Mew said.

"Okay, I'll wait for you."

Mew's POV

It's Saturday, and I'm meeting with my parents at their house.

When I arrived, I went straight to the living room. I already saw them waiting for me.

"Mom, Dad, I'm here."

"Sit down son, we need to discuss something about." Dad told me which I could already sense something not good.

"You're grandfather is also coming here, he will be the one to tell you about it."

"You know my son, we've been always supportive for you and gave you everything what's best for you. We may be strict and be angry at you, but we always love you and you already knew that. We support your decisions as well." My mom said as she held my hands. I could feel the love of my Mom and Dad right now, despite of them being busy always because of business.

"You're grandpa is here." Dad said as he approached grandfather as me and my mom stood up as well.

"Hello grandfather, nice to see you again." I bowed my head.

"Hello grandson, nice too meet you too. and I have a surprise for you."

He said as he pointed the direction at the door.

"I would like you to meet, Fiat."
