mewtwo never really stopped trying to take over the world but ash was all he needed and since ash was a part of his speices, and his love . Mewtwo was happy, and soon him and ash were wed, of course things never went back to normal, mostly the fact ash was expecting kittens.....
or that mewtwo just let go of taking over the world he hated humans, but now that he had some one to love him and care for, he won't go out of his way now to hurt them, espically since ash was pregnat.
the humans just promised never to tell about him or ash , and mewtwo made sure of that by making them not able to tell, he didn't kill them, they just couldn't say it, or wright it.
