I fumble over my words, trying to create a suitable explanation. Thinking on my feet I blurt out
"I-I can see into the future!" Realizing what I just said, I continue, trying to appear confident in my horrible lie, "And that device helps me see clearer into the future. That's why I ran into your carriage. I was trying to warn you!" I cross my fingers desperately hoping that he would believe my lie.
"so," Ciel starts, not believing a word that came out of my mouth, "you were trying to warn me... by running into my moving carriage."
As I was about to continue, I looked at myself in one of the shop windows. I look frazzled and presumably sound insane. I can't believe this is how I finally meet one of my favorite characters. When I'm sounding like a lunatic.
"Okay, I know that I must sound crazy, but you have to believe me, you're in danger. before you write me off as a looney, I just want to ask one question." I pause waiting in anticipation for his response. This could be my one and only time to prove to him that I'm not crazy.
"Fine. I'll humor you. what is it that you want."
"have you been to the viscount's party yet?" I say, trying to figure out what arc I'm in. He's only been to the viscount's party once in the series it's worth a shot. I hold my breath for his response.
Ciel stands there for a second. A small, nearly undetectable amount of shock crosses his face, but it's gone in an instant. Finally, after all this time I can progress in this place! I think, silently being overjoyed at the fact that things are finally going my way. Until...
"Sebastian, what is this peasant girl talking about?" he says, a tone that contradicted the shock I saw.
"I don't know young master; perhaps the sun has gotten to her," Sebastian says in a calm tone.
I was floored at how rude they were. They were right in front of their carriage before I realized Sebastian still had my phone. Not wanting to lose my only connection to the outside world I call out:
"well, can I at least have my stuff back?" I yell in a semi snarking tone.
Sebastian hands me the phone, If I wasn't so annoyed, I would have considered that the best moment of my life. They turned around and stepped into the carriage. Not even giving me a second glance. But before the carriage door closed, I gave him one more piece of advice.
"Ciel, remember to appreciate what you have before things get Grim."
And with my parting words, the door closed and was off.
Currently, I was left alone in an unfamiliar world with no way of contacting home or even serving in this world. I quickly find an alleyway to be alone with my thoughts. Looking around at all the garbage I feel even more alone while living the opposite of my dreams. These all combined brought many deeply buried emotions to the surface. I sat down,
How could they do this to me! This is supposed to be my fantasy how-how could I think that? This isn't a fantasy anymore, a realization hit, This isn't some fanfiction where normal girls get to experience fantastic and abnormal circumstances; this is reality. Thinking rationally, my situation looked bleaker and bleaker. How am I supposed to get home? In my daydreams, I never thought of how lonely I would be and Jasmine- Oh God! How could I do that to her! My best friend too. I'm an awful friend, I might never see anyone I genuinely love again. At this point, I can't contain myself any longer I burst into tears.
Reaching into my bag of sweets, I pull out a dark chocolate lollipop. As much as I now dislike Ciel, the Funtom company wakes terrific desserts. After a minute of collecting myself, my sadness turned into anger. Why on earth did I even want to be here in the first place? With such rude insufferable characters. Did I really leave everything behind for this? And for what? To have some anime characters to call me an insane peasant? Well, I'll show them. I stand up to wipe away my tears and bite the last few pieces off of the stick.
"I Will be great, I'll show them."
Phantomhive manor
Ciel wordless sits at his mahogany desk, absentmindedly rolling a pencil back and forth. It just doesn't make sense he thought How some peasant girl could know about a high profile party with the viscount. It wasn't published anywhere, and only a select amount of high society heard of it. It just makes no logical sense-
Ciel pauses at a familiar knock at his door. He sits up straight.
"come in."
Sebastian comes in with his cheesecake and a cup of hibiscus tea. While Sebastian sets up, Ciel speaks.
"Sebastian? do we know who or what this girl is?"
Ciel debates with himself whether it would be irrational of him to ask Sebastian to figure out who that girl was.
"Don't worry, Young Master I've already started to take care of it." Sebastian finishes setting up and leaves him to be with his thoughts.
Satisfied with Sebastian's answer, he picks at the cheesecake. Content Knowing that Sebastian will take care of everything.

Two reapers stand together on a rooftop overlooking the shopping district.
"Okay, Dan, what did you want me to see." He says in a bored tone, putting his hand on his hip.
Dan fumbles for a second and grabs his binoculars. Pointing to the street directly in front of a candy store, where a girl is yelling at a boy and a man in black. Turning to the other man, he continues in a concerned tone.
"don't you see it, Oliver?"
"the demon?"
"no, the girl, she doesn't have a soul."
"How would you even know that?"
"well, I was walking by, and I just felt an emptiness while walking by. I didn't know what it even was. So once I was done with collections, I tried looking up the records for that girl and..."
"and what."
"she doesn't exist."
"That's impossible, we're looking right at her. Besides, why does it matter."
"because there shouldn't just be unexplainable soul matters happening around us. Who knows what that thing could really be?" Dan says in a concerned tone.
"Fine, I'll look into it just, don't call me unless it's very important. Okay?"
"Fine"
Author's note: Sorry for the weird ending I tried aa bunch of combinations but none of them sounded right, I hope you guys don't mind.
