Inside my Soul, Unto the air.

In the middle

She set out on a mission,

to find her true north.

Leaving her past behind,

Her footsteps left a trail, 

asking someone to follow her.

Making her presence known.

Yet no one is foolish enough to join her expedition

She waited for someone for no reason.

or maybe she was hoping that someone will follow,

because she doesn’t want to travel alone.

She was scared to find the truth,

let alone scared to be out in the world.

She continued her race,

wishing for company that never came.

She knew that this journey,

is the one she has to face alone.

She then asked herself,

“Why am I even here in the first place?”

she continued her mission,

not knowing where it will lead.

Maybe it’s because the one she was looking for,

is waiting at the end of it all.

And so as to not put all her efforts in vain,

she never gave up.

She is then halfway towards her goal,

She stumbled upon a man looking as tired as her.

Life gave them trials to find each other.

And now they met in the middle of the road.

Because two hearts have been on journey,

to find where they really belong.

Infinity is not the works of one person,

But the effort of two.
