Au: You were new to Riverdale and were living on the lower class part of town cause of your unemployed dad, one day you discover a diner called pops which is pretty local and ask for a job which you get. So it started just a night like the others you were in the middle of a shift as the cashier bored out of your mind when the door chimes and in walk the bad boys of the town aka the southside serpents as people called them, You didnt pay much attention at first cause you didnt really care you just wanted to go home but than one of them comes up all smug trying to flirt but you quickly turned him down in front of his friends making them all laugh except one. This guy was different than the others he looked like the silent/mysterious but also sweet type, as i looked over his features he turns my direction than we made eye contact and i instantly felt sparks. In a panic i ask pops to go on a smoke break and walk out feeling his eyes still on me, next thing i know were both standing in the rain sharing a cig and talking which than lead to him taking me home on his bike and the start of something.

I sighed as i watched the rain droplets drip down the windows of pops diner, i was in the middle of my forth day on the job and lets just say it was super slow and boring at times like this. Next thing i hear was the door chime ring and in walked the crew of the southside serpents or whatever people called them im not the nosy type so i never really cared and in school i just keep to myself, I see them go to sit down at one of the booths near my side of the counter which was basically in front of me.

They all started whispering something before i noticed one of them was actually coming up to me "Hey there sexy you new in town cause i would've definitely remember a face like yours" He said smirking as he sat down in front of me "Sorry not interested" i straight said to him with no expression "Ouch cold hearted type ok i like that though" He winked clearly not getting the hint to fuck off "Look im tired and i said i wasnt interested so fuck off" i raised my tone getting the message through to him and his friends which thought it was funny cause they started to laugh, Not all of them though there was this one guy who didnt he just sat there and looked at his friends laughing low key judging them.

I started to become intrigued by him looking over all of his features slowly, i noticed he was quite cute beside his intimidating energy. I didnt even mean to stare at him for long there was just something about him, as i looked at him i see him shift his eyes in my direction eventually staring right back at me. I felt a chill go down my spine so i quickly turned around looking for pops to ask to go on break for a quick smoke, when he said i could i grabbed my coat and walked out feeling his eyes watching me leave.

Before stepping out i completely i put on my coat with my hood up so it could cover the drizzling, i walk to the side of the parking lot and lean against the wall pulling out my pack of smokes than taking one out and putting it between my lips. As i was pulling out my lighter i see a tall figure come out of pops and start to look around before spotting me and walking over, I lit my cig as the person got close and when they did i noticed it was of course him.

"Hey can i use your light?" He asked in a husky but non threatening voice "Uh sure here i guess" i say handing him my lighter as i puffed on my cig "Thanks i needed this my friends are being pain in my ass tonight" He said as he leaned against the wall next to me lighting up his cig with my lighter "I seen.. so why do you hangout with them?" I asked him nonchalantly "Its kinda hard to explain but were kinda like family i guess.." He hands me back my lighter and looks to the floor as he blows out smoke.

"So.. what about you?" He turns to me "What about me?" i said with a sarcastic expression "Well your new to town right? i never seen you until about two days ago" He says taking another puff "I moved here a week ago with my dad and as you see i got a job here" I pointed to pops "Well you came to the wrong town to start over riverdale is a shitty place" He sighes as i die my cig out "well to late for that im already here" I say starting back towards pops "Wait!" He calls out behide me making me turn "Im sorry im not used to talking to people like you" I tilt my head and raise an eyebrow at him "people like me?" I said "Well when you figure out how to come find me" i smirked and walked away back into the diner.

An hour and a half passed and it was almost time for me to clock out, me and the guy i still dont knows name kept making slight eye contact as the time passed but he mainly just paid attention to his friends. I look at the clock on the wall and take off my apron turning around to look for my boss pops "Hey pops im heading out for the night!"I shout to him shortly after getting a reply "Ok y/n be safe getting home ill see you monday!" And with that i grabbed my coat put it on and head into the cold night air.

I didnt have a car or bike so i usually just walked everywhere even in this weather, as i walked down the side of the dark road home which was still lit up enough to see. Walking normally i start to hear a car coming up behide me so i began to speed walk out of panic but eventually it got closer a man poked his head out "Heyy little lady you lost?" Said the man who had a extremely creepy perv stash and looked in his mid 40s "No im fine just walking home" i said as I continued to walk "Are you sure i wouldnt want you to get hurt out here all by yourself.."

As soon as the man said that the engine of a motorcycle was loudly heard riding up. I turn around to see a tall man on a black motercycle but it was too dark to fully see his face "Shes not alone." Said the voice which i swear ive heard before and when i figured it out i smirked "Oh uh do you know him?" The perv asked confused "Um yeah i do" i looked to the man on the bike "Come on ill take you home" He said and put his hand out for me, so of course without another word i got on the back of the motorcycle and he turned back to me briefly before zooming off.

While on the bike i told him where i lived and he said he lived in the same area. The whole ride was calming in a way with my hair blowing in the wind and my arms wrapped around a totally hot stranger it felt amazing. Unfortunately it ended as we got to my house and i had to get off, he turned back to me with a little grin "Well this is it" i pointed to the trailer i lived in "Oh im only a few away...if you ever need a ride" He said trying to sound cool but it come out more nervously "um yeah..i think id like that" I said smiling "Ok well um night" He said quickly walking away "night cutie.."
