I opened my eyes to the throbbing headache; I felt as though I was being slightly rocked. As I sat awake, not recognising any of the surroundings. “Where am I?” I whispered to myself. Then, I noticed that Sam was next to me which relived me. We probably ended up in some hotel. My head felt like someone was hammering me relentlessly, as I tried to recall what had happened the night before. But everything was blurry, I couldn’t remember anything. All I remember is getting out of the club, lest everything was just… indistinct.
“Sam, wake up!” I whispered, to avoid more headaches, shoving her slightly.
“Mmmmm, what do you want?” she moaned in her half asleep voice.
“What happened yesterday? I can’t remember a thing. The last thing I remember was going inside Blake’s club. Blake! I wonder where he is. Oh... and where are the others?”
“Too many questions this morning, Brooke. Jeeze... let me at least open my eyes.”
“Sam, I don’t know where we are! There is only you and me here. No one else is here! We are in a foreign place and we don’t have any money on us, as Blake had forbidden us to bring any! How are we going to pay for this hotel” I stated starting to get worried.
“Yes, you are right we should get up and find the others. God, we are such slobs we didn’t even take our clothes off. Hah. Oh... well we probably made Blake run away.” She said with slight humour.
“Ha ha... you are too funny” I said sarcastically.
“Come on, let’s go, and see where they are... if not, we will go to the reception. Ok?” She said ignoring my remark.
(Boat horn goes off)
“What the heck was that Brooke?!” Sam looked at me with panic, as we both darted out of this lavish bedroom door.
Sam grabbed the handle and opened it; as I started to follow her we saw a tiny window and water! And a huge man stopped in front of us.
“Where do you two money makers’ think you’re going?” he yelled at us, menacingly.
“Money makers’? We are tourists, Can you move please?” Sam protested.
The man started laughing in our faces and shouted back to someone to tell Blake we are awake. He pushed Sam with so much force that she went flying back. In turn, fell on top of me knocking off my breath by tumbling over me. He slammed, the bedroom door, shut.
“What the hell is going on!? Where is everyone!?Why the fuck are we on a boat!?” I exclaimed out with aggravation. The whole situation was utterly confusing and the overwhelming headache was taking its toll. Yet, I jumped on the floor, next to Sam, to see if she was ok. She was fine, just shocked.
“I don’t know what is going on Brooke he was huge and why was he waiting outside our door? My head is hurting I just want to cry!” Sam said, with tears falling on her cheeks, overcoming her shocked state.
