Chapter 3~Complications

"Hey you" I said to the little droid "what's your name?" The little droid looked at me with a crooked head and made a few noises that should be his name. Unfortunately that was already too much for my 'droid'.
So I looked on his small limp an read the name 'AD-2'.

"Is your name AD-2?" The little droid made some happy beep-noises, so I assumed that I was right about his name.
"Nice to meet you AD-2. I'm (y/n)"
"Beep-boop" I laughed but still didn't really understood what he was saying, I guess something about 'nice to meet you to'.
"Well, you're probably asking yourself 'why the hello is she at this part of the scrabyard', well that's quite easy. I'm searching for a way out of this city, this planet..." AD-2 looked at me like he was listening really intensely. "I need a starship."
"Tip'boob-boob-beep" AD-2 jumped off my shoulder and ran off. 'I knew that would happen...' But AD-2 didn't ran off like I was expecting it, no.
He was waiting for me and he also jumped up and down to get my attention.
I followed him carefully so nobody would see me and also to find out what AD-2 is up to.
He ran over a few piles of scrab to a slightly higher one.

After a bit of climbing we reached a little area where only a few pieces of scrab laid on the ground and at the left said of this small area was a quit nice looking starship.

It wasnt big, but it was big enough for me to fit in and for AD-2 to jumb around. There was only some problems left.

First, I need to get in this thing.
Second, I need to get this thing working
Third, I need to get out of here safely
And last, I dint know where to go...

Getting into the starship should be quite easy.I remembered a few tricks Leo showed me to get an lockend spaceship door open. I used a metal bar to crack the door open.
Unfortunately while I tried to open the door it made a lot of noise. 'Hopefully I wasn't too loud.'

AD-2 got really nervous. So was I. It turned that a metal bar didn't do much.
So I had to try to open the door and then close it again by cutting through different cables, which were hidden under a metal plate on the bottom of the ship.
After a few attempts the door opend.
'Need to be quick now' After I got inside I immediately sat down in the cockpit and tried to get the old thing up and running.

I started examining different buttons, hoping to find something to get the thing going. I found a fairly large lever in the middle of the cockpit.
I pulled it and..."Boom!"
The loud noise startled me and AD-2 quite badly. "Fuck" was the first thing that came out of me. "Please work"
I pulled the lever a second time and after a bit of grumbling didn't go into the cockpid and the whole ship." I did "I looked happily at AD- 2. However, he started beeping excitedly.

"Whats wrong?" I asked hi. "Beep-beep-tri!" He jumped in front of me and looked outside the window.
"Oh no, that's bad.."

Three troopers came directly to the starship.Two regular stormtroopers and a black fairly large purge-trooper. He carried a wapon with purple lightning coming out on both sides.

'Fuck. What should i do now' I immediately started up the spaceship to be able to fly it away as soon as possible. I have to get out of here immediately. As the troopers came closer I could hear what they were saying. "Someone goes in, it's definitely a droid or something"

AD-2 got pretty nervous after hearing what they said.
"I wont let them hurt you" I told him. "Beep" I smiled at him. " Now let's get out of here." In this moment the door opend and a stormtrooper stood right behind me.

I pulled out my blaster and hold it against it him.
The trooper was now pointing his weapon at me and told his colleagues by radio that "He had found something interesting".
I was pretty tense. "Get out, now. I need this ship. And I know pretty well that all of don't have any uses of it." I got really angry at this point. I got so far I can't give up now.
"I'm afraid I can't do that" the trooper said calmly but with an evil sound in his voice.

'I need to get him out' I loaded my blaster and shouted the trooper in his arm. I missed but still hurt him. He let go of his blaster so I took it an pushed him out of the starship. I closed the door and sat at the captain's chair.

"Let's get this thing started" I switch on all the machines and grabbed the handlebar grip. At that moment the troopers started shooting at the ship, hoping to destroy it before I could steal it. I pulled the ship up and hovered over the area. As soon as I hovered steadfastly I switched the speed up and flew out of the atmosphere.

"Since we don't have much petrol left we can't fly to far away." I looked at the smal holomap George gave me. It also showed the galaxy and the different planets.

"I think we should go to the nearest planet...seems like that is Zeffo" AD-2 beebed as an confirmation.
"Well Zeffo it is."
