December 22, 2017

Three days before Christmas. Three days before my most favorite time of the year. I am not sure of the reason but I know that this year's Christmas would be my most favorite one and the most unforgettable. Something about the Christmas air, as what people like to say as soon as September starts, makes me feel incredibly happy on the inside.

Our family is getting stronger and just like what I promised to myself, I'll keep being strong for them. I'd like to be their pillar, specially eomma's. Those frequent trips to the hospital gets more and more unbearable for her but I make sure to give her a tight and loving hug before and after every consultations. I never want to see a frown crossing eomma's youthful features nor pain and fear in her eyes. I promised her that I would take care of her no matter what so that's what I will do. On these days where everywhere seems to be growing dark for us, I'll be their light.

I am my family's light and anchor. And for me, Ms. Manoban is. Every time I attend our classes, she puts a bright smile on my face. Every worry that I have back at home would be replaced by an overwhelming happiness and that's all because of her.

As cheesy and cliché as it may sound, Ms. Manoban is the greatest thing that ever happened to me. I mean she's a person but I'm sure I make myself clear on that. It's just that, she gives me hope. She makes me see the best things in life. Before she came on, I was positive that I am already the best version of myself, not being conceited or what. I just do my best every single day. But when I met her, I discovered that my best is yet to come and she's the one who brings it out for me.

Ms. Manoban, I would forever be grateful for you. I hope you know how important you are to me and how much you impacted my life.

Lisa's POV

Today is the last day of our classes this year. After this day, it would be Christmas break for everyone. Meaning, we would see each other again on the third week of January next year. As much as I don't like to admit it, because of my bitchy students, I'll miss them. Maybe more of Y/N. That girl, she never fails to make me smile and laugh. When I'm around her, she makes me giggle and happy. Seeing her and talking to her is the best part of my every day.

Speaking of Y/N, here she is in the middle of the room, dancing all by herself since it's assessment day. And I must say that I am very very impressed since she's far from that girl who did the alien dance on the first day of class. But that's not actually impossible since each day, Y/N works her ass off. She makes sure to exert 200% effort in everything that I teach them. She's the most hardworking student here in my class. And now, I am glad and very proud to say that it has paid off.

[AN: You're dancing this alone and you're the one wearing white sweatshirt and a beanie.]

I let myself be mesmerized and lost in her moves. 3 months into the 6 month dance class, Y/N now makes sharp and precise moves compared to her careless ones before. Her moves are full of power but at the same time, she makes it look so smooth and easy to do. But it's not just her moves that I admire, also her expressions. Her facial expression is her best asset when she dances. She puts every single emotion into the steps and make everyone feel it by making it visible on her face. You'd feel what she feel the moment you gaze at her lovely face. Y/N wasn't born to be a dancer. But she was made for dancing, if that makes sense. What I mean is, she wasn't naturally a dancer but once she learns, you'll know that she'll be great at it.
