Chapter 018: CHERISH

_______________ . _______________

"The reason i chose you is because you are the biggest gift in my life."
______________ . _______________

I watch Mrs. Choi with impatient eyes as she pours me a cup of calming tea.

"Do you want to ask the question or i will tell the whole story?"

"I'll ask first." I sit up straight and look directly in her eyes.

"First of all, where are we?" I said confusely.

"We're in a library, dear." I frown at her words. I find her answer annoying even though she is right i am in a library.

"Why am i here? I though i asked for that mysterious old lady to..." I trailed off when i saw an excited smile forming on her lips.

"Finally, the question i want to hear." She took a sip in her cup of warm tea.

"You're here because of her. This is where she lived. Her hideout." I open my mouth to say something, but no words came out.

'Oh, of course. Why would i think she lived in that alley when she has magic and stuffs.'

But i didn't expect that she lives in a library. I though it will be some room filled with...witchcrafts.

I nod slowly.

"Why and how did you enroll Jungkook there and that fast? Why are you here and how do you know all of these information? Do you know here?"

"He asked me to do that for you, so you won't have to worry about him at home and so that he will be always right beside you. We can't just magically..."

"...enroll him there. But we can get the requirement magically. And the old lady you're talking about, i'm her sister." I stare at her, dumbfounded.

"What..." i said still shock to what she said.

'She's her sister? Wow... i never would've guessed. But i think i don't need to be surprised, i don't know Mrs. Choi that well.'

"So do you have any powers or stuffs?" I said she shook her head and said.

"No, i don't have any powers or whatsoever. I'm an ordinary human being."

"Oh..." I look around me once again.

"Where is she then?" I said while i turned to him. I can't see her while i wake up.

"I'll answer that later. There are more things you need to know right now." She smiles gently.

"I know that you have no idea what's going on outside right now so I'll fill you up." She sight heavily. She grabs the two unfolded letters again and hands it to me.

"Open one." I look up at her skeptically.

"Don't worry. You have her permission. You can open those now." I carefully unfold one of the paper and i look at the familiar handwriting.
