You were tall enough to climb up to the first floor of cabinets you just needed to get the door open.
You took your sword and placed it between the door and base of the cabinet and pried it open.
Then you took your climbing hooks and pulled yourself up.

After filling up in the spice department you went over to the pasta section and took out a string of Alfredo Noodle and broke it in half then breaking one of the half's into smaller pieces you put that in your bag.
You: Ok time to make a water source. I know exactly how Mom and dad are gonna be so proud of me.
You grapple down from the cabinet but in excitement you forgot to remove your rope when you got down and you also didn't close the cabinet.
