Peyton's Best Friend(Austin Mahone love story)

Chapter 15- (2 years later...)

            

                                                                     Sophia's P.O.V

Alanna- Mommy! Mommy!

           I opened my eyes to see my beautiful daughter bouncing on my bed with her big hazel eyes and long brown wavy hair. For a 2 year old she's beyond beautiful. She looks just like her father and she has a heart of gold like him.

Sophia- Yes sweetheart?

Alanna- FOOD!

        She laughs running out of the room. Just like her daddy. I watch as she bounces out of the room with the promise ring Austin game me dangling off the chain on her neck. Alanna Michele Mahone. What a beautiful child. She asks me all the time where daddy is, I always avoid the question. She gets teary eyed everytime.

        I finally shook my thoughts away and got up and continued my journey down stairs. She was playing with Peyton and talking to Alyssa on facetime with him. OH RIGHT! Alyssa Shouse and Peyton are now dating. Those two warm my heart.

        I walked into the kitchen and pull out my ingredients and supplies. Alanna comes bouncing in latching on to my leg.

Alanna- Chocolate chip mommy?

Sophia- You know it baby girl!

        I bent down and kissed her on the head. She let go of my leg and skipped to her chair and sat herself down. After awhile of her being quiet I finally looked at her and saw her staring at the ring. You could see the tears building up in her eyes, the poor emotions this little girl goes through. I took the last pancake off the stove, turned it off and walked over to her.

Sophia- What's wrong sweetheart?

Alanna- I-Is daddy ever going to come back?

        She looked so broken. I grabbed her little hand and kissed her cheek. I walked over to the counter, grabbed her pancakes and poured some syrup on them. I bent down to her level and smiled.

Sophia- Yes baby he will be back. Now you have to eat up! PEYTON BREAKFAST!

             Peyton came running in. I swear I'm taking care of two babies sometimes. We all sat at the table and ate. Then Peyton's phone went off. He looked at it and then at me to see if he could answer it. I just nodded my head. Finally he picked up.

Peyton- H-Hello?..... Yeah we moved.

               He glanced up at me and got up from the table and took the discussion into the livingroom. Once I saw that Alanna was done, she helped me do dishes. We were messing around and making a mess laughing. Peyton walked back in looking like a ghost and stared at me.

Peyton- Hey ahhh Sophia can I talk to you for a second?

Sophia- Sure... Alanna mommy will be right back, okay angel?

              She nodded her head and I stood up and walked into the livingroom.

Sophia- Yes?

Peyton- There's a problem?

Sophia- Problem? What is it?

Peyton- Austin's back and he's coming over.

             I swear my heart stopped and my face went pale. I just stared at him with wide eyes not sure what to say.

Peyton- He's at my old house right now. I told him where we lived and he's coming tonight.

Sophia- Tonight? Great just fucking great!

Peyton- You can tell him about Alanna now!

Sophia- NO! I cannot. He's too overwhelmed with just getting back from tour and he's going to hate me. He's not ging to want her! God damn Peyton!

         I walked into the kitchen and saw that Alanna fell asleep. I picked her up and cradled her in my arms carrying her to her room. When I tucked her in I stared at the necklace with the ring on it. I took it off gently without waking her and put it in her jewelry box and quietly walked out.

        It's not that I don't want Austin in her life I just haven't contacted him since the day he left. He never tried to get a hold of me. I'm just afraid of more rejection and hurt than I've been feeling. But I still love him... So much.
