Chapter 21- (Is she okay?)

                                                                    Sophia's P.O.V

*Same night*

                Austin and I were on the couch making out. I slowly climbed on him and deepened the kiss. Austin put his hands on my back pushing me closer to him. I moaned at the sudden action. I felt Austin smile through the kiss because he knows he has total control over me when we're like this.

*Ring Ring*

Sophia- Ugh!

               Austin let out a soft laugh due to my frustration. He leaned over and picked his phone up off the coffee table. 

Austin- Hey mom!...What? Wait why?... Yeah of course! We'll be right there!

               He quickly hung up his phone and looked at me starting to move me off of him.

Austin- Allana's in the hospital!

                I shot up real quick and looked him dead in the eyes before running and grabbing my jacket and putting my shoes on. Austin was right behind me grabbing the keys and running out of the house. Speeding to the hospital.

*Hospital*

                  Austin and I ran as fast as we could into the hospital. I ran into Michele. She could see the panic in my face.

Sophia- Where is she? Is she okay? Can I see her?

                 Michele hugged me and kissed my head. She pulled away and looked at both Austin and I.

Michele- Shhhh she's fine. She's right here in this room.

                I let go of Austin's hand that I just realized I was holding on to. I walked over to the door and  looking into the little window. Allana was laying on the hospital bed. Man did that bed make her look so small. She had wires and needles all over her. She was sleeping. Looking like a little angel that she is. 

              I turned around to see Austin tearing up. I hugged him and started crying. He took me in his arms and hugged me too him while I sobbed into his chest and he weeped into my neck. Austin let go of me and looked at his mom.

Austin- Mom, what happened?

Michele- I was downstairs watching t.v. when I heard her call me. I just put her to bed. As I started walking up the stairs and I heard a little thud. When I made it up to her she must've been trying to come and get me and she collapsed in the middle of the hallway. I'm sorry.

             Austin nodded his head slowly.

Austin- It's okay mom. It wasn't your fault. Are we allowed to go and see her?

Michele- Of course! I haven't left her side till you guys got here.

            Austin looked at me and grabbed my hand. He lead us into the room. I walked up next to her bed and sat on Austin's lap in the chair, which I'm assuming Michele was sitting in, that was right next to her bed.  I grabbed her hand and leaned back against Austin's chest. Drifting to sleep.

*Hours later*

          I woke up holding Allana's hand still. I was still on Austin's lap and he was watching t.v. with his hands around my waist. I turned to look at him.

Sophia- Have you gotten any sleep?

Austin- Nope. I was awake when the doctors came in to check on her and everything. I wanted to be awake. Plus I love watching my two favorites sleep.

           I smiled at his cheesiness. Even in the worst situation he could still make me smile. 

Allana- Ma...ma.

           I whipped my head in her direction and leaned forward to kiss her forehead.

Sophia- Hello sweetheart. Are you okay?

Allana- Uh huh. A wittle dezzy but okay mama.

           Austin called the doctors in with the little remote thing.

Doctor- She's awake!

Austin- Do you know what's wrong?

Doctor- Yes, just some low blood sugar. She should be good soon.

Sophia- Thank you so much Doc!

Doctor- No problem! I'll be back in a few to take her blood sugar count and let you know when she's ready!

Allana- Mommy? Daddy? Am I gonna be okay?

Austin- Of course angel! Just a little booboo. 

         The doctor walked in and took her blood sugar. He smiled at us and left the room to check it out.

Allana- Mommy, it's scawy in here.

            I hugged her.

Sophia- Shhh it's okay baby. Mommy and daddy are here. We won't leave till you're better.

           Austin leaned forward and touched her face lightly. Just by her father's gentle touch she smiled and leaned into it.

Austin- I love you guys

Allana&Sophia- We love you too!
