I never admitted to anyone what I did in the train station, instead I ignored Bobbys two calls and never spoke to Noah to find out if he told him.
The girls knew something had happened that night but never asked until three months later I broke down on a night out with Lottie and told her everything. She was sympathetic but advised me it wasn't wise to do it again.
Why couldn't I tell her the whole truth about why we broke up?

Eventually Lottie and Gary got back together, she forgave him for fucking Hannah and we all congratulated her; knowing they really did love each other. But that must have set of a chain reaction in the group.
It had been six months since the reunion when Lottie phoned me at 11 when I was getting ready to go to sleep. I answered as I moisturised my face, "Hi Lottie." I started and she shouted into the phone. "Did you get your RSVP yet?" She yelled and I blankly looked at my unopened mail. "Errr to what?" I asked and she sighed. "You've not read the group chat or the news have you." She groaned and I admitted to her I hasn't. I'd stopped after I'd read that Bobby had made things official with Zara and I cried for a night before rationalising it with myself. Me weren't together, he had probably moved on at this point, it was for the best.
"Jo and Rahim are engaged!" She exclaimed and I gasped. "Oh shit! Really?" I matched her enthusiasm. "Sorry I didn't know, nobody told me." I told her. "Cause you never text us anymore?" She sassily said, I rolled my eyes thankful she couldn't see. "Okay yes I admit I've been distant but I've got stuff on! I've started my new job, been dating around." I explained to her and ripped open my mail, coming face to face with their wedding invitation and useless letters. "Oh it's soon." I mumbled out and Lottie agreed; it was too soon. "Their rushing it, I think they want all the press there." She gossiped and I listened, my mind drifting off to what I'd wear. "Oh where are they doing it?" I questioned. "Kew gardens, it'll be really pretty and the whole crew will be there." She spoke and I heard her shout at Gary away from the phone. "I've got to go but text me!" She yelled and hung up. I sat down, curling my legs under me and blinked around my room.
"Better fucking book a flight to London." I mumbled to myself and pulled out my laptop.

I was dress shopping with Hope in England, freaking out choosing between a dark green satin dress and a orange dress with frills in it. "The green Iris! It'll match with your white heels and the white fur jacket you were going to pair with it." She advised me and I nodded along, finally giving in and putting back the orange dress. "Okay yeah I'll get my nails done white." I followed along and she smiled at me. "You'll looked great!" She told me and looked back at the collection of dresses. "I don't like any of these. Let's go somewhere else." She finally said and I picked up my bag of heels and my handbag. "Okay let me buy my dress."

We sat down in a bar a few hours later, waiting for Chelsea who was suppose to meet us. "God this wedding is stressing me out. It's literally next weekend." Hope sighed out and took a long drink of her wine. "Tell me about it!" Chelsea said and slipped into the chair beside me. "I still haven't got a dress!" She cried out. "Least I've got a date." She laughed and I turned to look at her. "We need a date!" I worriedly asked, Hope gripped my hand. "No it's not explicitly said but it's recommended for the tabloids." She told me and Chelsea gave her a look. "Oh just tell her Chelsea!" Hope scolded and I looked at her accusingly. "Chelsea..." I trailed off and she met my eyes. "Iris I'm going with Bobby." She said finally and put my drink down. "Why?" Was all I said and she looked away. "We're friends! That's all I swear." She replied and I nodded. "Look its fine, it's not my place." I told her and she smiled at me relieved. "I'll ask Lucas I think." I mumbled out and Hope tapped her fingers against the table. "Yes I'm sure he'll understand your 'I just want to be friends' advice if you ask him to a wedding." She said and I brushed her off, but feeling guilt at her words. "Well I think I'll be the only not going with one of the islanders. I'm going with George from work." She explained to us and finished her wine.
