Raven carried Anastasia down to the cars since she didn't have shoes on Gabriel ran over to his car grabbed the ones he bought and slipped the sandals on her feet but Raven continued to carry her

Buckling her up in the car then sliding in next to her so that Axel could drive them to the diner
They all went in the Tahoe it fit all of them

He watched Anastasia as they went along she was looking out the windows as they went along he could see her eyes light up at the playground then about the famers market

They arrived at the diner , Raven unbuckled her and lifted her out of the seat then handed her off to Corey who took her in his arms

She's so tiny no wonder Raven wants to carry her Corey thought as he held her

They Walked in the Diner the bell above the door announced that someone had come in

" Corey is she okay " a voice said

"Yeah Doc she is Raven got her out of the car and handed her to me and I just felt like carrying her " Corey said with a full smile

" Oh well she is little so can see why don't want her to get lost" The person called Doc said

" Hey Sean This is the one I was telling you about the marks " Gabriel said

" Oh Okay What kind of marks and where"

" On her back and they look like whip marks that are in various stages of healing there is one that rather nasty I took and bandaged it up as best I could but I think you might need to look at it and maybe give her some antibiotics " Gabriel said

" Why the hell would " The Doc said but stopped when he saw Anastasia curling more into Corey

" It's okay Princess Doc Sean isn't going to hurt you he just doesn't like someone hurting such a small sweet thing like you " Corey whispered in her ear

" Sean she doesn't like yelling it scares her in to thinking she is going to get beat " Corey told Sean

" Alright but if she's going to be around all of us including y'all she needs to get use to it but for now I will make sure the rest know not to yell and how about you take her to Uncles office and I will be in to look at her back " Sean said

" Okay I will "

Corey carries Anastasia through the swinging doors into a kitchen then to a what she thought was an Office

" I need to put you down " he said

Anastasia unwrapped her arms from Coreys neck and he put her down on her feet lean down and kissed her forehead
" Such a good Princess " he says to her then took her hand and pulled her to the chair

" Sit Princess " Corey said

So Anastasia sits down in the chair as instructed

" Corey do you want to stay in here or leave while I check the marks out " Sean asked from the door way

" I'll stay to make her more comfortable she's a little skittish she climbed Raven like a tree when Nathan made the door slam " Corey said

" Alright then, Anastasia... Right "

Anastasia looked up at the doctor then at Corey

" Princess you can speak at any time with all of us no need to ask "

" Yes Sir " Anastasia says back

" Can I check your back Gabriel said he had some marks that need to be looked at "

" Yes sir " Anastasia said as she slowly stood up
" Can you turn around and I will lift up the dress " Sean said

" Let me hold your hands " Corey offers
Anastasia puts her hands in his the warm of them calms her

She felt the dress go up and him hiss and few cuss words come out but they weren't yelled but it made her tense
Corey looked over Her shoulder
" I think letting Raven at your Grandfather is just what needs to be done How can someone do something like that to you Princess " Corey says as he shifts her to bring her to him hugging her

" Okay I need to remove the one bandage it might pull " Sean said as he grabbed the tape

" Holy shit , Corey can you tell Axel and Owen to come here this needs to be taken care of at the hospital and she's definitely going to need antibiotics her back is totally infected there is pus coming out of the one , Anastasia aren't you in any pain " Sean asked

" No I don't feel it anymore after so many years I have no feeling in places on my back " She tells him

" Yeah I might have to go against my oath and take this grandfather out myself " Sean said under his breath
But Both Corey and Anastasia heard him

" Let me go get Owen and Axel , Princess you will be okay in here Sean isn't going to hurt you " Corey said as he kissed her forehead again then left

" Anastasia or can I call you Ana " Sean asked her
She didn't answer him

" Oh that's right You can answer me " Sean said

" Either is fine " she answered him

" I'm going go with Ana  , So let me explain what I am about to do I am going to wipe your back to clean it up then I am going to rewrap it then I will have them drive you to the hospital to fix this up and get you on some antibiotics " Sean explained to her

The door creaked and Coreys head popped in
" I brought them  Axel is behind me " he said
" Come on in , Now Ana the ones that are coming in You know is Axel but the man in the suit is Owen he may look imitating but he's Rather Nice and like the rest of my family will do anything to help you "

Axel came in followed by a man in a nice suit and tie with black rimmed glasses he looked professional

" Now Axel how did you come to meet Ana "

" She is Ravens Promised Bride from Russia its a long story but Her Grandfather sent her to him to repay a debt that is Owed , According to Raven she has been his intended Bride since she was born Her grandfather and uncle trained her which we do know some of what that entails but not all I have a sinking feeling in my gut there is more to it "

" So What you told me is true How does Raven feel about this " Owen asked

" Not sure we have only had a couple hours of her being around us I know she's scared of her own shadow at times and doesn't like yelling for the memories it brings up " Axel told him

" Come around here and see why I got Corey to come get you "

Both move to behind Anastasia she breathed in trying to hold still as they looked over her back

" Who did this to her " Owen asked

" Her Grandfather from what Raven said its in their culture to teach women to behave to be seen not heard that they are to obey men no questions asked" Axel tells them

" Well lets just say I have a few ideas about what I could do to him " Owen says

" We all do " Corey said

"Alright let me get her somewhat cleaned up To take her to the hospital she's going to need Stitching and some heavy antibiotics " Sean said
