Things were just beginning to escalate and Smith had no idea, he just got off the phone with Carter and he could only estimate how much of a villain his father was. He never imagined or saw his dad as some kind of super-dad of any kind, in fact he knew how savage his dad could be, but from what he had seen in his dad’s room and also heard from Janet and Carter, he was lost and had no idea what kind of creature he called his dad.
Tension rised even more and his heart beat suddenly got way faster as he heard the doorbell ring and his dad’s voice.

“Smith!!! Open up the door, it’s your dad!”

His breathing got heavier, his heartbeat accelerated by the second, and the thought of whether Alice was still in the house or not made it worse as he felt a little cramp in his chest.

“Ughh!!!” he exclaimed, holding unto his shirt, applying pressure to his chest and taking deep, cooling breaths to relax himself.

He never felt like this before. He was confused as to what to do, clueless, but knew he had to think and act fast if he was to beat his dad.

“Dad!!!” he yelled, hoping Alice would hear if she was still at home.
Smith walked up to the door gently, trying to keep a calm face and acting like nothing was up. He opened the door and stood there a little, steering at his dad with a rather calm expression.

Mr. Green could tell something was wrong, he didn’t know how or what but he had something in his gut that always made him wary of things and it was tingling now.

“Any problem son?” Mr. Green asked, already suspicious.

“umm… No, none at all sir” Smith replied

“Hmmm… Sir? That’s a new one” Mr. Green whispered to himself as he walked into the house.

He could discern Smith was trying to hide something from him. He turned around and pat Smith on his shoulder with his left hand, and with his right he shut the door behind Smith, and with a stern expression, he looks into Smith’s eyes for a short while.
Mr. Green knows, Smith isn’t very good under pressure and he was trying to send fear into his heart, trying to scowl him into pressure, but to no avail.

“What are you doing?” Smith asked, taking his dad’s hand off his shoulder.

Mr. Green chuckled, taking a step back as he put his hand in his pocket.

“You have done well” He said, not buying Smith’s act but couldn’t prove something was up.

Smith didn’t want things to be too suspicious, so he walked to the living room and laid down on the chair, ignoring his dad who just walked up to his room.
On getting to his room, Mr. Green met his door open, “unusual” he thought as he walked into the room. He noticed the bathroom door also open, so he rushed to the bathroom seeing no one was there.

“SMITH!!!!!” He yelled, confirming his suspicions, and without a thought, he began to run back downstairs, but on getting to the living room and Smith wasn’t there anymore. Then he hears the roaring sound of his Chevrolet in the garage.

“Aaaaarrrrrgggghhh!!!!!” He exclaimed loudly, with his hands stretched down and shaking aggressively, as his face got all red out of vexation.

While Mr. Green was on his way up to his room, Smith took the opportunity to high jack his dad’s car. He searched his dad’s last visited location and turned the car on to go there, hoping he would be able to save Christine and her mom.

No doubt, Mr. Green has always been a vile person, completely immoral and careless about how people feel or how his actions affected other, but he truly loved his son and never would have wanted things to turn out this way, he had to consider his son a part of his enemies.
        He grabbed his phone to make a call;
