My eyes were enlightened by an intricate baby pink and light blue border, but most importantly the photo inside of me as a child in a mickey mouse pyjama suit with a younger version of the boy right in front of me with the same marine coloured blue eyes and shaggy brown hair, he looked slightly older than me perhaps a year or two. It had made me realise that even though I didn't recognise him a part of me was intrigued by his cool calm and collected nature and wanted to know where he was for the last ten years. It was best to give him a second chance. But it just hit me, I didn't even know this first name. I asked him trying not to sound too foolish " So are by any chance going to reveal your first name? " His laugh was so contagious that it took everything I had to not laugh with him. Finally he replied " Ehsaan".
First dates turned into second dates and then every time we met our relationship became stronger and stronger and by the time I know him inside out it had been two years since we had first met. Not only was he my best friend but my soul mate as well. I could tell him things that I didn't even tell my grandparents. Ehsaan was in his first year of university at that point studying to become an accountant. I think my parents wanted me and Ehsaan to be close because his family and my family were extremely affluent. They had probably wanted to get us both an arranged marriage when we were older. Ehsaan was definitely one of those gifted and talented people, but he didn't really believe me. He says that he wants to do accountancy as he wants to give all of the money he didn't really need to charity. This was just one example of his generosity.
As soon as I started the dreaded A levels, meeting Ehsaan was very difficult as the workload just kept on increasing and I could not afford to fall behind as my aspirations was to become a lawyer. We only managed to see each other once a month if that. However, Ehsaan being the gentleman he is, he understand my situation and didn't mind as he had a tonne of work to be getting down to as well. Did I forget to mention that Ehsaan is a versipellem (werewolf) as well but the virus that I cought has spread to all the other werewolves as well meaning that we could only telepathically communicate with one another but could not shift. But there was one fall I could detect about Ehsaan, it was that he was too kind, caring and loving towards others that sometimes I fear that society may take advantage of it. On the other hand, I will be with him and I would not stand anyone mocking him in anyway shape or form which is why I want to defend peoples' human rights for a living.
