Richie smiled doing up his hair as the door opened. "Hey!" Richie turned his head looking at his tired boyfriend. "Listen, I know I said yes but I'm so..." Richie hummed picking him up. "We can still hang out, and grab some dinner, right? How about we stop by the Chinese shop quickly, then go for a walk? Then binge?" Eddie nodded quickly rubbing Richie's shoulders. "That sounds perfect..."

Richie laughed a little placing a small loving kiss onto the other boy's lips. "Good, ready to go?" Eddie nodded jumping off his boyfriend. "Mhmm, of course."

Eddie laughed grabbing Richie's hand holding the Chinese in his other hand. "So! So! This girl right, she was all like "oh my god, Teenage parents can't be good! All they're gonna do is mess their child up!" and I laughed and went "I've been a dad since I was 16."." Richie choked laughing. "Oh my god, what was her reaction?" Eddie leaned against the other boy. "She just went silent! It was so funny!"

Richie nodded. "So, how was Jane today?" Richie answered. "Really good, she's a bit worried about school though." Eddie cocked his head. "How come?" Richie sighed. "Kids are mean." Eddie pouted. "Is she ok?" Richie nodded. "We talked about it, and yeah. I reminded her that you and Nancy are going to be there for her and..." Eddie cocked his head. "And?" Richie smiled. "She uh, she asked if I was going to be there for her..." Eddie smiled leaning against his partner. "Really?" Richie nodded. "Mhmm, you're kid is so cute."

Eddie smiled. "I'm so glad you think so." Richie cleared his throat stopping his path. "Uh Eds, so I was thinking...We've been together for years now...and uh, I really love you and want to spend the rest of my life with you Eds." Eddie stopped looking at Richie, the view he got he could never have been prepared for...

Richie on one knee with a ring in his hand, Eddie felt the tears fill his eyes as Richie asked. "Uh, will you marry me?" Eddie nodded quickly with his mouth open not being able to say a word, he just pulled Richie off the ground kissing him, Eddie laughed holding him. "Finally asshole." Richie rolled his eyes. Eddie grinned cuddling up to Richie. "So...we're engaged now?" Richie nodded kissing the smaller boys head. "Mhmm... I'm so glad..." Eddie sat up. "So, Richard Kaspbrak?" Richie shook his head. "That's...no. Edward Tozier?" Eddie laughed. "Noo! Tozier's so..." Richie rolled his eyes. "Shut up...who's house though?" Eddie cocked his head. "What do you mean?" Richie answered. "Like, who's house do we move into? Cause it'd be pretty weird if we were a married couple who didn't live together." Eddie nodded as his eyes went wide. "How do we tell Jane?! Oh, shit.- She's going to freak out.- What if she doesn't take it well?"

Richie sighed. "Well, uh? What do you think we should do? She is your kid." Eddie corrected. "No, you're going to be her stepdad. And plus she basically adores the ground you walk on! But, what if we just said we're moving into together and we're going to get married like..." Richie nodded. "Good idea! But are you sure you want to tell her? We don't have to?" Eddie shook his head. "I want to! Trust me I really do I just don't know how to!"

Richie nodded kissing him slowly and loving, no tongue or anything like that just moving there lips against each other. "It'll go fine, ok?" Eddie nodded. "Ok...I love you." "I love you too Eds."

"Alright so! How was her first week?" Eddie questioned as Jane ran into Richie's house past Eddie, Nancy hummed. "Uh, she doesn't like it...but she's been somewhat getting better? Good luck with that." Eddie rolled his eyes.

Nancy grinned looking at his hand. "You said yes?" Eddie nodded smiling. "Mhmm... we're planning on moving my stuff in here by the end of the week." Nancy smiled. "That's so! Good! Are you going to tell her?" Eddie looked back at Jane following Richie around questioning him about dinosaurs. "Yeah..."

Nancy smiled. "Good luck, I better be invited." Eddie nodded. "Of course," Nancy left laughing as Eddie hummed walking into the kitchen where Jane was questioning. "Do you know that crocodiles have lived out the dinosaurs?" Richie nodded smiling picking her up. "Of course! You ready for dinner?"

Eddie smiled sitting down watching as Richie and Jane were messing around about dinner. "So! Eds, what do you want for dinner?" Eddie hummed. "Whatcha cooking?" Jane jumped. "Can we have pasta?" Richie nodded grabbing out some stuff from the cabinet. "Mhmm, of course." Eddie clears his throat. "Uh, Jane...do you know about love? And couples?"

Jane nodded. "Like mummy and daddy's normally are!" Eddie nodded. "Well uh, Richie and I are one of those." Jane cocked her head. "So, Richie...is like a second dad?" Eddie nodded. "They're called Stepdads, Richie and I are getting married."

Jane nodded. "So you're marrying Richie?" Eddie nodded. "Mhmm." Jane smiled. "I get to play with my dollys when I see daddy!" Eddie rolled his eyes laughing. "Yes Jane, of course." Eddie tapped the counter. "Someone needs to go for a bath." Jane shook her head. "No! I don't want a bath!" Eddie hummed. "You can have some bubbles." Jane nodded quickly as Eddie picked her up.

Eddie pulled the sheets up tucking Jane into bed kissing the top of her head. "Have a good sleep, I love you." Jane nodded yawning practically already passed out. Eddie exited the room walking back into the lounge. "So! She didn't..." Richie nodded patting the spot next to him. "She was happy about it." Eddie cuddled up to his fiance kissing his neck softly. "I'm sorry that we all have to share a bed...I promise I can go grab her bed tomorrow!"

Richie shrugged. "It's not that big of a problem, I don't have anything on tomorrow, I can set up the second room?" Eddie sat up smiling a little. "You mean?" Richie nodded kissing him. "Mhmm, of course."
