"It's a girl!"

"Are you ready to hang out with my friend angel?" Eddie asked pulling on her dress getting her ready, the 5-year-old girl nodded. "Yes, daddy!" 

After a short drive, Eddie arrived knocking on the door of a certain person house. "Oh, hey Eds.- Uh! Edward! Hey." Eddie laughed a little bit walking in. "Are you sure you can keep an eye on her?" Richie nodded leaning back. "Mhmm, of course. Jane is a cutie." Eddie smiled placing her down as she RAN to Richie hugging his legs. "Rich!" He laughed picking her up. "Want me to grab the dollhouse out?" She nodded quickly as Eddie groaned. "Thank you so so much!"

Richie rolled his eyes. "Stop saying thank you! I love Jane," Jane clapped her hands together as Eddie rolled his eyes kissing Janes cheek. "Bye my angel, I love you." Richie put her down quickly. "Doras starting." Jane ran off sitting herself in front of the TV grinning as Richie walked him out smiling. "Thank.-" Richie shut the front door standing outside with him. "If you thank me one more time I will kiss you." Eddie rolled his eyes. "Thanks." Richie laughed grabbing his waste. "So...when are we?"

Eddie sighed. "I don't know when Nancy tells her she has a boyfriend?" Richie rolled his eyes. "I know you have a busy day today but maybe tonight we could go out on a date?.." Eddie nodded quickly. "Mhmm, Nancy gets Jane tonight so! God, I've missed date night." Richie nodded giving him another kiss. "Now, I'll see you tonight, alright?" Eddie nodded giving him a final kiss. "I love you." "Love you too, now go!"

"Alright, Jane! Do you want a snack? Are you getting a little hungry?" Jane shook her head playing with the doll set Richie brought her a couple of months ago when Eddie has finished his first year of nursing school and he asked if Richie could take care of her more often. "No! I'm playing with my dolls!" 

Richie laughed. "What if, I made apple pies?" Her head shot up looking at her fathers' boyfriend. "Apple pies?" He nodded. "Your dad mentioned you were coming over last night." She got up sprinting as fast as her little legs could carry her. "Yes please!" Richie laughed opening the fridge. "Want juice or water?" "Water please!" 

Richie sat next to her at the 4 person table. "Are you excited for school?" Jane shook her head taking a sip. "No, I'm scared." Richie cocked his head. "How come?" Jane shrugged. "What if no one likes me?" Richie answered. "How could anyone not like you?" Jane answered. "Cause kids are meanies!" Richie laughed a little. "Mummy and daddy are going to be with you and make sure everything fine, I pinky promise, alright?" Jane nodded interlocking her small pinky with Richies. "And you?" Richie nodded quickly. "And me of course, I'll always be here for you."

Jane grinned eating more of her pie.

"Hey, Nancy," Richie hummed opening the door. "So, where is she?" Richie answered. "She's taking a nap." Nancy nodded. "So! You two told her yet?" Richie shook his head. "Nope, but uh...I have something planned out for tonight." Nancy cocked an eyebrow grabbing Nancy's bag. "Oh? Spill?" Richie rolled his eyes opening the little table. "I'm planning on..." Nancy's eyes widened. "You're?" Richie nodded. "Todays our 5 year anniversary so." Nancy nodded. "Good luck, I really hope he says yes." Richie nodded. "Same."

Nancy hums walking down the hall grabbing Janes sleeping body picking her up. "Wake up angel." Her eyes open a little groaning. "Mummy!" She hugs her daughter laughing. "Keep me updated, say bye to Richie." Jane waved still half asleep. "Bye Richie..." 

Richie waved smiling. "Bye Jane."
