Seven summers..
It has been seven summers for Mew and Gulf since they first became an official couple.
They have fought so hard to keep it hidden from the general public, but the questions thrown at them by certain interviewers proved to be a little too much for the blunt and no-filter mouthed Gulf, bless his soul. Mew shivered every time he remembered witnessing his lover slowly but surely digging their own grave with every word that came out of his mouth.
Sure, Mew would fuck up himself every now and then, too. He wasn't blameless when it came to showing the world to whom his lover truly belongs to. He was the possessive kind after all. But it was nothing compared to Gulf. If he has a PhD in engineering, then Gulf has a certified PhD in letting everyone know that they are indeed in a relationship. He was like the Easter bunny, dropping non-subtle hints everywhere and every way he can.
Is he the Easter bunny? No one knows. But he sure is adorable like one.
You see, Mew wanted things between them to remain hidden. He was still shouldering scars from his past. Hindering his desires to let the whole world know that he is in love with someone and that someone is also in love with him, just as much as he loves him. They are two people who truly love, respect, protect, and understand each other. He was holding back himself so much.
Gulf was the complete opposite of his senior. Young and bold, albeit not having much experience in relationships, he was always someone that spoke his mind. If he liked someone, then his actions or his eyes, will definitely show it. There was no hiding it for him. But because he was aware of Mew's past, he tried to reel his emotions in and gave Mew complete control of the status of their relationship.
He went from Mew's brother with love, to his close friend, and lastly to his colleague. He himself was confused. How can he be all of those things at the same time? Gulf almost felt disrespected and at some point, he retorted back, calling Mew his daddy (father figure) and an adult/senior relative. It backfired on him though, since nobody really believed him. But it got some interesting responses from Mew so he would call it a success.
But Gulf was also scared of messing it up. He barely had any experience with dating and all of a sudden he was involved with someone that has been burned before, and in public at that! Therefore, it was safe to say that he was walking on a path with broken glass. He had to be careful, or else their relationship would end up just like the broken glass on the floor. Shattered and forever in pieces. And he doesn't want that.
Despite all these, Gulf tried his best with reassuring Mew. Reassuring him that it was okay to be clingy with him, to be possessive of him. Show him that he was someone worth loving. He never failed to let him know that he truly cared and that he will never leave him. That one day when Mew was brave enough to overcome his fears, Gulf will still be by his side, loving him and making him smile even more.
They were each other's sun and moon, joined by the Gods of fortune. Just like midnight and high noon, sharing the sky. They have been blessed, Gulf and Mew.
Their seven summers will eventually turn to eternity..
Eternal Love.

Summer of 2027, Bangkok TH
A sound of a phone ringing was heard echoing in an almost empty office room. Outside, the sun was starting to come down from its throne up in the skies.
CEO M. Suppasit - It said on the name plate by the desk.
"Yeah, how's everything going so far? Is it ready yet?" Mew asked through the phone, his tone serious. "I'm gonna need everything to be perfect for this. There are no second chances."
