"S-she's my best friend, Billie!" Adley stammered, displaying the shock she felt seeing what Billie was capable of doing to strangers. "Chill the fuck out!"

Billie flinches at Adley's screams, already feeling pain rush through her veins. "D-Don't be m-mad, I-I didn't know. I thought she was hurting y-"

"You can't just strangle someone you don't know out of nowhere! Go back to my room!" Adley hollers while pointing at the direction of the room.

"B-But, ley-ley." Billie stammers using the nickname she gave her while feeling dejected as tears built up her lacrimal gland.

"Now!" Adley yelled and Billie runs out of the room while sobbing. Adley shakes her head and sighs while turning towards her friend that was standing there awkwardly with a shocked look.

Nailea was, of course, in shock that she saw an alien but she was more surprised at her friends behaviour towards the creature. The alien looked devastated after Adley scolded at her. She felt really bad.

"Dude, are you okay? I'm so sorry." Adley tells her best friend as she approaches her to examine the bruise forming her neck.

"I'm okay, Adley but I think I'm not the one you should be apologising to." Nailea admonished causing Adley to sigh. "That was pretty harsh, you didn't need to do all that."

"I know but she was being a brat and she hurt you, she shouldn't have done that." Adley says but still feeling regretful for what she did. "Fuck, okay. I'm going to say sorry. Let me just brush my teeth."

Nailea nods and Adley walks to the bathroom, closing the door behind her. Nailea massages her neck but furrowed her eyebrows once she doesn't feel any pain anymore.

What the fuck? She thought and ran towards a mirror that was in the living room to examine her neck.

Nothing. There weren't any bruises.

She continues to poke and squeeze her neck to see if she wasn't tripping but stopped once she noticed a figure behind her in the mirror.

They were far so she couldn't detect their face.

She turns around to see that it was the alien itself. Hiding behind the door to Adley's room. The alien held an innocent look as she watched her saviour's best friend examine her neck that she healed with her extramundane powers.

She looked at her fearfully as the human locked eyes with hers. Nailea slowly walks towards her making Billie walk further behind the door.

"I won't hurt you." Nailea said as she approached her slowly. Not like you did to me. She thought causing Billie to pout.

"Oh shit, I forgot you read minds." She jests remembering that her best friend mentioned that earlier. She walks inside of Adley's room and closed the door watching a shy Billie rub her arm as she avoided eye contact with the human.

"Hi, I'm Nailea." the brunette introduced herself while sticking her hand out which Billie rejected.

"I-Is Adley mad at me?" Billie asked ignoring Nailea's introduction.

Nailea shakes her head. "No. Come here." Nailea said as she sat down on Adley's bed and patted the seat next to her.

Billie sits down and looked at Nailea. "She's just upset, there's nothing to worry about." Nailea said with a smile.
