mark and lucas turned to see jeno and renjun's head popping out of the door. mark's eyes widened, as he quickly kissed lucas' cheek before running off.
"i'll see you tonight!!" mark shouted, running in the distance. lucas sighed, making direct eye contact with the two boys. "really? i mean really?" lucas deadpanned.
jeno and renjun finally came out of the dorm, being face to face with the older and much taller boy. well, jeno and him were practically the same height, sorry renjun.
"it's not my fault you and mark were arguing outside of my dorm!" jeno rolled his eyes. "jesus, he's just being a whiney baby again." lucas argued back, now upset at jeno.
"are you guys good?" renjun suddenly bumped in. "we're perfectly fine, it's just i haven't payed attention to him as much because of my campus job..." lucas admitted. "i feel bad.."
jeno and renjun made an 'ah' sound, both nodding their heads understanding the situation. "so you made it up with a date i'm guessing?" jeno raised a brow and lucas nodded.
"you're a good boyfriend, meanwhile i'm still struggling sadly." renjun said in a fake-sad voice. "i'm sure something will turn up, don't lose hope yet!" lucas cheered him on.
"wait, aren't you taking care of na jaemin?" lucas suddenly turned to jeno. jeno nodded, "it's been one day and i think i'm going crazy. he thinks i'm his slave."
"just try to warm up to him, i think headmaster cha put you in charge because you're the ceo's son and you guys already knew each other previously." lucas said logically.
"or because he wants to torture me with more work." jeno said. "stop being so negative, who knows maybe you'll fall in love with him in the end." lucas winked.
"i'd rather throw up than hear you say that again." jeno said in distaste. "maybe you should listen to lucas-hyung, you never know jeno..." renjun said, supporting lucas.
"renjun i recommend you shut the fuck up right now before i shove my foot up to your tight ass." jeno warned him. renjun then went silent, terrified of jeno's words.
"well, i have to get ready for work. it was nice seeing you guys again after a while." lucas finished. "it was nice seeing you too hyung." renjun smiled. "will you be at the fair tomorrow?"
"of course i will, i'm helping out with the school's annual raffle. you'll be there too?" lucas replied. "we'll be glad to see you then hyung." jeno chuckled. "see you later." lucas waved.
