I got on the bus the next day and sat next to Josie. Taryn got on the bus and sat far away from us though. I couldn't help but notice her sad face and wanted to go and sit with her but she wouldn't sit by me anyway. I also couldn't help but notice Josie smiling to herself.
"Why are you so happy? Hah"
"Ohhhh nothing."
"Um okay."
"I've just been texting Ben alot recently. "
She starts to blush and I don't even know what to think or say.
"Thats cool."
"Yeah I know! I also asked Ryan if he liked you and he said no I'm sorry."
"It's fine I don't really like him that much anymore. I Just like talking to him."
"Oh"
We pulled up to the school and walked to our lockers.
"See ya later Elena!"
"Bye Josie"
It got to Math again and Josie was only talking about Ben.
"Yeah it was fun talking to him last night. We talked for hours."
"Awesome"
We went to Art and sat by the boys again.
"Hey Elena." Ryan said.
"Hi Ryan. " I replied
Just then Vick walked over and started making fun of Josie's lisp.
"Wow Josie your lisp is so bad. I can't even understand you. " Vick said.
"Well it's not as bad as mine. " Ben said
"Aw That's cute Josie!" I whispered
"Shhhh" she said
She was blushing like crazy. I found it adorable though.
