I woke up to my phone ringing, I tried to hurry up and grab it because the last thing I needed was for Kayden to wake up and cry. He can be so colicky at times. I answered the phone after seeing my moms contact pop up. Our relationship is so much better being that I'm not the same pregnant, nonchalant, slightly ignorant 16 year old that wanna tote a gun and fight all the damn time, I'm not that girl anymore. I'm still fucking nonchalant and will fight if need be but y'all get my point. I put the phone to my ear and looked inside the bassinet to see Kayden still sound asleep.

Drea: Hey ma

Mommy💞: Hey Presley what are you doing?

I yawned and got off the bed and grabbed my Mac book off the dresser, it was a Christmas present from Seven last year.

Drea: Nothing I just woke up, me and Kayden went with Seven and King today, so when we got home we took a little nap.

Mommy💞: How'd that go? And where's Teyani?

Drea: She's with Travis he texted me not that long ago saying he took her to the zoo. But, to be honest ma I don't even know how it went. I mean it was good because the boys were there but I just can't talk to him and I know I have too.

Mommy💞: Yea you do and you told me you love him so, if you love him and want to move on then you'll find the words.

I sighed placing my Mac book on the bed.

Drea: I wish it was that easy and you know what I'm dealing with Ma! After I said I love him I said --

Mommy💞: I know what you said but Drea if you keep on going back and forth you're gonna get hurt, and so is Teyani and Kayden.

Drea: Blah blah blah ma ion wanna hear that.

Mommy💞: I'm just telling you the truth maybe you should keep your distance from you know who and try to fix things with Carmelo cause I know that's what you want.

Drea: You just know everything don't you?

I stated sarcastically and giggled she smacked her lips and laughed.

Mommy💞: I'm just trying to help and yes I think I know everything!

Drea: Well it's his house, so I'm not sure how well that'll go. Hey where's Daddy? I meant to ask you when I down there cause I didn't see him.

The line went silent and she sighed.

Mommy💞: Presley me and your father aren't together anymore.

Drea: What?

Mommy💞: We had been having issues since you were in 8th grade, he was sleeping with some little trick of an intern. I tried but I just couldn't anymore. We tried to fix things while you were still in school for the sake of you but when you left there was need for us to continue our relationship.

Drea: Wow and no one thought I would wanna know? So where is he?

Mommy💞: Living with that bitch and their kids.

I was taken back when she said kids I know my daddy ain't that old but damn you just gone start over with some bitch and at that you were cheating on my mama! Then, hold up! I got siblings?! A lot to take in at one moment.

Drea: Kids?

Mommy💞: Yes, twins a boy and girl. She got pregnant right after your 16th birthday. He was low down and dirty he didn't tell me until you left.
