"I don't want to hear it anymore. Go pick up your things, pick a room, and set it up. Y'all are not going to irritate me today about moving. 'Ya daddy and I have already made things final." Chandice explained. She was very much irritated at the fact that her children's attitudes for the past two months. Everything happened so fast their heads were spinning.
Zuri stopped off to the truck to get what belonged to her. She couldn't carry all her stuff at once so she separated everything in a neat like pile away from her brother's things.
"Babe, calm down. I told you I can come to see you whenever you want." Zuri looked down at her boyfriend with the deadliest look there was. If anything he should've been dead.
"Three whole hours away, that's too much, Badrick. And I don't have a job right now to pay you back." Badrick tilted his head to the side with his lips twisted to the side.
"Mmm, is it really?" He hummed squinting his eyes.
"You really make me sick," Zuri commented. She readjusted her air pod so it didn't slip out.
"Baby, I promise I'll be there. Don't worry." Ar'mon reassured his girlfriend, Nyarai. She wanted to attend a couple's retreat with her friends and of course she didn't want to be the third wheel or feel left out.
"Okay, I'm counting on you." She poked out her bottom lip as Ar'mon blew her a kiss.
"Nyarai it's time to go!" Nyarai looked back at the phone screen to Ar'mon telling him she had to go.
"Okay baby, I love you!" He said quickly.
"I love you too!" The phone call ended
Ar'mon three his phone down and looked at the long hallway. He didn't know what room he wanted. He was trying to choose between the one with the window of the one without. There was one with a walk-in closet without the window and then there was one without the walk-in with a window.
Zuri was trying to choose to be either upstairs or downstairs. She definitely did not want to be near her parent's room. They could be so inappropriate, loud, and the house already looked like it was gonna fall apart.
Shiloh chose his room with no hesitation. He had picked the last room down the hall. He had met his brother in his hard decision making for which room he wanted. But sadly Shiloh broke that off when he walked into the room with the window without the walk-in closet.
Chandice and Paul had taken the remaining of their belongings off the truck and into their downtime master bedroom. "Man, this is going to be a big change." She sighed looking around their new bedroom with her hands placed on her hips.
"It is. But you know, we can uh, do a little redecorating, and break it in." Paul groaned into her ear. He wrapped his arms around her from behind and dug his chin into her neck. He rocked them from side to side as a smile appeared across Chandice's face.
"Hmm, I know what you're thinking. But we haven't set the bed all the way up yet." She said looking down at the floor.
"Who said we needed a bed?" Paul said kissing her cheek.

"So, how you do y'all like the house?" Paul asked as he bit into his cheese steak. Chandice and a Paul decided that it would be nice to eat on their first night in the house. Even though the house was furnished with utilities and cooking supplies she decided it would be best to just buy new ones.
Zuri, Shiloh, and Ar'mon continued eating the meal they had decided on without saying a word. Chandice immediately caught on, she thought it was rude and disrespectful that they were ignoring their dad.
