When Jotaro and I found the others, it was the middle of the day, and we needed to get a move on. "Hey! You guys defeated Dan, right?" Asked Kakyoin, giving me a hug of relief. Hugging back, I confirmed the pervert's defeat. "I think he was the worst so far. The stand users we face are getting harder and harder to fight." Joseph nodded, "Yep. Now we need to press on toward Egypt." We drove a while in our new car ( how many is that now?) and we soon found, "Camels!" I said in amazement. I had never seen one in person, and I really wanted to ride one. "Camels are a good idea," said Joseph thoughtfully, "they can go for days without water, and they're pretty tame creatures." We got out of the car and I ran to the fence. "Hello!" I said to the beasts and they looked my direction. One walked up and seemed to nuzzle me. "I'm gonna call you Carmel." I said, stroking the creature affectionately.

Joseph ended up trading the car we JUST GOT for some of the camels and some jugs of water. "Alright men, and woman. This is how you get up onto a camel.." He tried but the camel clearly hated him and he was pretty much being thrown around. I walked up to my new buddy, "Hey, Carmel, can I get on your back please?" I asked, bringing the reins down slightly. Carmel seemed fine with this and got into it's knees, allowing me to climb into it's back. "Hey guys," you said as the gentle giant rose to it's feet.. ER... hooves, "I did it!" Joseph looked at me in awe before being thrown from his saddle. Soon, with my guidence, everyone was on a camel and were were set to go.

Hours later, we were still walking through the desert, and it seemed to be getting hotter. "Hey, Polnareff, you have a thermometer, right?" He nodded and took it out of his bag. "Wow, it's reading 50 degrees celcius." 'Dang. I need to get rid some layers. It's too hecking hot for this.'

I removed my (s/c) shirt to reveal my (f/c) undershirt. 'So warm..' I thought, "You okay carmel?" I asked, patting my camel gently on the side. I poured some water from my canteen into my name and held it out for my animal to drink. It gratefully accepted it and continued forward. "Don't waste your water, (Y/n)." Said Joseph, and I shouted back at him, "SHOW KINDNESS TO THE THE CAMELS! THEY'RE THE ONES CARRYING US THROUGH THIS HEAT!"

(Jotaro)

"I wish we could get out of this heat." Complained Polnareff, but I saw him peak over at (Y/n) who just finished yelling at Jiji to let her be kind to her animal. "Well, it is hot," said the old man, checking his watch, "it's usually at it's honest around this time." Then he looked confused, "What? Eight o'clock? Jotaro check your watch."

I did so, (Y/n) watching, "It's ten.... Past Eight? Hey old man!" "My watch is correct. We lost track of time, but what the heck's going on? It says it's past eight PM." (Y/n) checked her watch as well, "Same result over here. What's going on?" "If that's so, why isn't the sun setting?" Said Jiji, and Polnareff gasped, "This is impossible! The thermometer is jumping to sixty degrees Celsius!" (Y/n) let out a cry of alarm, "Look at the sun! Something's wrong with it!" We shielded our eyes and looked at the shining spectacle in the sky.

"The sun's not setting at all! It's rising higher in the west!" Shouted Kakyoin and Polnareff in shock. "Wait, could it be that sun is a stand?!" Said Joseph, turning to look at us. "I don 't understand how something like that is even possible! How can the sun actually be a stand? Quickly, take cover behind those rocks!" We all climbed off our mounts, (Y/n) looking mournful back at her camel friend. "How the heck can the sun actually be a stand?" Said Polnareff, as (Y/n) and I climbed to safety, "We were fools. How could we have missed this?"

"I thought we were being followed but I never would have thought this is why I couldn't see our stalker!" Said Kakyoin, (Y/n) nodding in agreement beside him. "At this rate, it'll burn all day... No all night long!" Polnareff said something in French, "Mon de Bleu! We're gonna roast like Rotisserie chicken out here! We're done for!" "Guys! There's a tarot card that had a name for this! It's-" began (Y/n) "The sun card." I said with her. "Eight degrees Celsius!" Reported Polnareff, and I began to worry, "At this rate, the only thing we can do is defeat the stand user." I said, looking at (Y/n) who lay against the rock we were hiding behind.

(Y/n)

"We have to find the user. They have to be nearby." Said Joseph as the heat rose, and the camels panted. I looked around and saw... 'Why do those rocks look identical?' I thought, suspiciously. Some of the camels suddenly collapsed in exhaustion. Carmel was still up but I was scared. "Quickly, into that cave!" There was a small rock cafe in the ground and we ran to it. We were panting, and I was trying to figure out where the stand user was. Then I noticed it. "Heheh.." I began to chuckle, Kakyoin soon following. "Heheheheheh... Heheh... HAHAHAHAHAHAH!" Soon, Jotaro, Kakyoin, Polnareff, and I were laughing our heads off. Joseph was freaking out because he thought we had all gone mad. While Kakyoin explained what was going on, Jotaro and I played a quick game of Rock Paper Scissors to see who would get to defeat the stand user. Jotaro won.

"Gosh, dang it. Go ahead, Joot." Star Platinum manifested and threw a rock at the incorrect rock, glass shattering upon impact. The sky turned to night, and I stepped out into the cool night air. "Carmel!" I cried happily as I ran and hugged my camel friend. "Boy, am I glad I gave you my water." There was a small chuckle as Jotaro passed me, and I smiled. "What now?" I asked, the others checking out our stalkers little cart.

The guy was a wimp, and there was a huge goose egg on his forehead where the rock hit. "You mean we already defeated the stand user?" Said Joseph in disbelief, as Polnareff helped himself to the unconscious man's drink. I rolled my eyes, "No, he just brought back his stand and fell over somehow, OR COURSE WE DID!" I said to the old man, bringing the remaining camels over to a water container. Using Perfect Time, I cut it perfectly in half, and let the camels have a well deserved drink. "Well, anyway, it's over now, and I think it's time we be getting some sleep. No doubt we'll have more on store for us later." Carmel rested her head against my own, and I closed my eyes peacefully. "Yeah. We need all the strength we can get." said Kakyoin and we smiled at each other. I didn't even notice Jotaro sneaking a glance at me and smiling before retrieving the camping supplies.
