Johnny's POV

It's been a few months since Liam moved in with me and I have to say I'm enjoying it, he makes amazing food, has the roughly the same movie and music taste and he keeps oska busy when I'm trying to work. All in all we've became really close friends.

"Hell no Thor would crush iron man!" I say, while avengers is playing inThe background.

"Don't think so, ironman is smarter and stronger than Thor without his hammer" Liam argues back. This is usually what our day consists of when I'm not working. Fighting over with superhero is the best.

"Yeah, but one swing of the hammer and Thor would smash Tony's skull to bits" I say getting up for a bother beer.

"Will you two shut up, the hulk would whip both y'all's ass" Zayn pipes in, I had actually forgotten he was here. Liam and I looked at each other and accepted defeat, Zayn was one hundred percent right with this one.

After the avengers and a few more debates there was a loud knock on the door. I opened it and in barges Dylan behind him kelly, the leader of the entire rebel project.

"What the hell at you guys doing here this late" I frowned closing the door.

"We have something to tell you" kelly said softly and joined Zayn on the couch as Dylan paced in front of the fire.

"Could you leave us" Dylan snapped earning a glare from me.

"He stays" I place a hand on Liam's chest and sat him back down joining him while giving death glares to my older brother.

"Okay, fine!" He growled and tossed a folder on the table "did you know you're little friend here has a very royalist family" he barked his face filling with rage.

"Yes I did, he was kicked out for not wanting to join the royal army" I stood up "and before you even ask he only joined the army to avoid living on the streets but still never went back to him family" I yelled now getting angry myself.

"Okay! Both of you calm down" kelly shouted and we did "Johnny as you know when you told me about Liam, I ran a background check. We found the man that killed your mum and dad and well..."she was cut off.

"Turns out the man behind the raid was Geoff Payne. his father!" he handed me another file with the mans picture and the related information. After reading I took the picture out and handed the file to Zayn.

"Is this your father?" I handed the photo to Liam who had no colour left in his face and was starting to shake.

"Yes" he said quietly and I felt something heavy hit the pit of my stomach "Johnny I had no idea" Liam said with sorry eyes.

"Oh don't pull that on you were probably there that day" Dylan snapped.

"Shut your stupid fucking mouth!" I yelled at Dylan "that was fourteen years ago, Liam is only nineteen. What do you think a five year old came charging in with the rest of them" I shouted and Dylan took a step back.

"Dylan I'm really sorry, I had no idea that he done that to you both" Liam put the picture on the table.

"Don't you worry about it, it had nothing to do with you" I said pulling him into a tight hug.

"Now that you know who it is, what are you going to do?" Zayn asked as he finished the file.

"Simple, kill him" Dylan snapped and Liam's head shot up.

"And what will you do March you army down to the heart on England and get him, you be crushed before you reach the border" I said shaking my head at my moron brother "for heavens sake use your head for once" I yelled now getting really angry with him.

"Better than, sitting here doing nothing. He killed mum and dad, or don't you care" Kelly and Zayns eyes widened knowing that would have hit a nerve.

"Of course I care, I just don't think killing some that's clearly very high up the royal ladder is the right thing to do just now" I shouted "our forces are scattered across the world helping our allies, killing someone that important, would bring the full wrath of the royal army" I said in a softer and sat beside Liam. I don't think we should even be discussing this in front of him it is his dad after all.

"He's right a full on attack from them would cripple us right now, safer for everyone to wait till we're at full strength and then decide what to do" kelly said in agreement with me. Dylan always was a hot head and kelly knew that.

"I'm not doing anything until I know what you think" I looked and Liam and he looked around the room.

"Really what the little royal thin..." Dylan tried to interject.

"Will you fuck up for two seconds? Please!" I snapped a him and with a huff he sat beside kelly. Liam looked at me then to the picture and sighed.

"The mans a monster and deserved everything he get" Liam said and took a deep breath "if you think he should die then so be it, that's no father of mine" he tossed the picture on the table and everyone -including myself- was shocked.

"I think we should be going" kelly said and dragged Dylan to the door.

"Wait and I'll get you out" Zayn yelled and with a quick hug to both me and Liam he left with the others.

"Liam..." I sat beside him and took his hand "are you okay?" I asked softly. This must be really hard know you've just signed a death warrant on your own father.

"I'm fine, he deserves to die after what he did to you and probably many others" he rested his head on my should and I hugged him.

"Come on, sleep beside me tonight, I don't really want to be alone" I said and we both went off up stairs.

After changing into my sweat I crawled into bed beside Liam and wrapped my arms round his waist, pulling him in for a spoon something we've done a few times when one of us are feeling down.

"Night" I whispered into his ear.

"Night Johnny" he said and drifted off to sleep. I lay there watching him for a while before uttering thee words I was to afraid to say to him awake and never thought I'd say to a man.

"I love you"

So the brother relationship is basically shattered and Johnny had feelings for Liam, but do you think Johnny with be able to handle his new found feelings or go off the rails like he normally does.
