Chapter 3- Just my Luck

        i head to lunch with Cami "have you seen the new guy? hes toats hot" she says.

        i try to hide my frustration "you mean Franz? hes okay i guess" i tell her hoping she'll just drop it there.

        "yea well i invited him to sit with us at lunch and guess what he said? he said that he'd love to!" "you what?!" i say without thinking. "whats so wrong with that?" she asks.

        "oh uh nothing i just.. thought that you would have wanted to go get lunch today thats all" i tell her with a fake smile plastered on my face.

        knowing Cami she wont change her mind about this one. "nope were sitting with mr. Smoking hot" she says as she drags me to the table. and with my luck he's already sitting there. just great i think to myself.

        i dont even look at him when i sit down but he feels the need to talk to me. "hey Lis you forgot your pencil" he says and even without looking at him i know hes got a smirk on his face.

        "keep it. i dont want it" i tell him trying to get him to leave me alone.

        Cami saves me and starts talking his ear off. i pull my lunch out of my backpack and start eating. just when i thought things were going to be okay i hear Cami say "were going to this sale after school you should totally come with us! its going to be great."

        i shoot her a look of death that she just ignores "sure sounds great" he says. Crap... now ive got to deal with him after school too. the bell rings and i pack up my stuff and leave.

         at least i have art next, i can calm down a bit.
