"My Unexpected Guy Next Door."

7th HAN, MALAMA STREET, CONNER BROADWAY.
JUNE 22, 2020 2:00 PM

Eighteenth of hot June was one of the most eventful days of my life because on it, not only I passed the entrance exam but we both passed.

Three days have passed, We're preparing for our first day of school on 18th of July.

We have one month to prepare.

Morris and I were in my room.
We sat at the large, mullion, window-seated with three little light brown pillows and with heavy pink curtains.

There's a bed at the side. It is large, a fourposter canopied and soft white curtained. Bookshelves lined one side of the wall. Some of the books I had borrowed from Tyler. I didn't burn them when we broke up. How bitter I was if I did.

The floor was made of fine woods with no carpet and I chose white color for the walls. I hate dark colors.

It was somewhat cruel room because so many objects seemed to be scattered everywhere under my little glass chandelier.

"Pecturalis major!"

"Gluteus maximus!"

"minimus!"

Morris said doing some harry potter's stuff. But actually, It just scientific names of muscles. I saw her holding a book. It was Anaphy and Physiology.

"Spectro patronom!" She shouted. That was the real Harry Potter's spell. I laughed hard.

"What are you doing?"

"Nagrereview."

"And what kind of muscle you've said?"

"It's Harry Potter's muscle I think." I laughed out loud.

"Nga pala, Top 2 si Tyler no?" She said out of the blue which it made me stop laughing.

"Ooopss! Sorry."

"Yeah, I saw it."

"Di kaya nandaya yun. Di ba pag mamay ari nila ang Santo Tomas University. Baka may connection. Tas Top 6 si Safiya."

"Ooops! Sorry again."

"I don't know, Morris. They were both smart." Bumuntong hininga ako saka kumuha ng isang pillow at niyakap ito.

"Do you still love him, Selene?" Napatigil ako sa tanong ni Morris.

I didn't answer her because she already knew what would be.

Yes, I still love him.

Napatingin ako sa labas at nakita ko nalang ang sarili ko sa reflection ng aming malaking bintana na may konting luha sa aking mga mata.

I saw Morris came closer to me. She hugged me and comforted me- like the day she used to be when I'm sad.

"Are you sure na itutuloy mo talaga ang pagiging doctor mo?"

"Of course, Morris. It's my dream." I lied.

"O pangarap niyo ni Tyler?" I just looked at her.

"I'm so sorry to open this things up, Selene."

"Pero parang pinaglalaban mo parin eh."

"Nagmumukha ka lang kawawa."

I thought that It was the only way to get Tyler back.
