another job done. i felt the blood trickling on my arm as i hold up the bloody knife to examine it. then i look towards the man, holding his wound, slowly losing his breathe. this person became the 79th person i killed i thought to myself. i make the knife disappear by swiping it left as it leaves the scene. it's not surprising anymore, the fact i have special powers. i hide this from everyone i meet. except one person..

my childhood best friend. i stood up for him once when he was bullied in kindergarten and ever since then, we were the bestest friends. inseparable. i told him everything. including me having superpowers. the only thing he didn't know is the way i make a living. my parents left me when i was in second grade. ever since then, i was raised by people in gangs. not to mention the fact that they trained me to become the person i am. they don't even know i have my powers.

as i rose from my squatting position, i look back at the man who was lifeless on the ground and leave the scene. i return back to my apartment where i spend the night to study for school.

at high school
8:13 am

i feel someone's breathe on my neckband i already know who it is. jungkook. i can feel and hear people who are even 6 feet apart from me. i close my locker and turn to him. "hey look. what's up?" i said looking down to my books as i sort them out in my bag. "do you wanna go out for boba later?" he asks while smiling, flashing his bunny teeth.

i cant lie when i say he's really attractive. i have feelings for him. but i can't date him, because he probably doesn't feel the same and i feel bad if he has to date a killer with superpowers. "of course kookie. meet me at the outside entrance after school so we can walk together then" i said smiling back to him. the bell rings and he walks me to class. "i'll see you later then you butt head" he laughs. "hey you're the coconut head but i'll see ya later alligator" i laughed while walking into class.

i'm walking with y/n and we always laugh and talk together a lot. to be completely honest, i'm mad in love with her. she's all i want. i don't care about her powers at this point. she's always been here for me and i couldn't ask for a better best friend.

we reach our usual boba shop. i know what and how she likes her boba drink. i told her to sit down at a table and the drinks on me. she laughs and says "thank you coconut head" and walks away. i smile at her nickname. she's always called me that ever since the one day my hair was lookin like a full on coconut.
