CHAPTER 5 FEELINGS

"So what is it again that you wanted to talk about ? " 

"I-i don't know how to say this but ... what does it mean when your heart is beating rapidly when a certain person is around you?" i ask her still not having a hint from who i am talking about

"Well that means .. you're having feelings with her , you like the person and i assume you keep thinking of that person everyday" she said as she munch her chicken 

i took a bite from my chicken and still lost in my own thoughts , this can't be happening , does it means i like Lisa already? well i'm fucked up now

"wait ... may i know why are you asking this questions again? tell me Are you Liking someone now?" she grinned from ear to ear 

"No reason.. i'm just confused about it " 

"you can't hide anything from me Jennie .. I've been with you since we're just kids and i really know you .. tell me it's her? Lisa?" her brows arcs at me and i gulp as i knew i will be caught now

"Uh-mm please just don't tell anyone , even your crush " 

"you can count on me  at that but did you know why Lisa's name came at my mind first? .. Rose' told me that she always caught Lisa looking at your pictures and she always mention you at them " she said as she took a bite again from the chicken 

"Huh? why is that so? " i ask at my mind and i just keep in silence eating my chicken again

"But Jennie , Just a friendly reminder Lisa is an idol and you're a daughter of CEO of that company ... you need to act care fully because a lot of person can see you in and out of that company  , You know How powerful Mr. yang is and i'm just concerned about Lisa " she pause and she turn to face me with her serious face

" Lisa might lose her Career if Mr. Yang caught the both of you going out .. that's why Rose told me to tell you this if you happen to feel something towards Lisa.. at the rule of them being an Idol there is written that Idol must not do any scandal news such as dating , having affairs and a lot more .. she also mention that it's okay to date someone just don't let the media know it ... but on your case and Lisa?.. i think that's impossible jen" she finish her words looking at me with her worried expression

i froze for a moment and found my self staring at nowhere 

"fuck , i can't let that Happen to her .. she work hard for that career and i don't want her to lost everything just because of this silly feelings " i said at my own thoughts

"Yah are you already done staring at the window? .. can i have another chicken please" she begged and i nodded at her 

"I'm done eating you can eat all of it .. Clean your mess and i will gonna watch now " 

Few moments later i heard my phone vibrating and i held it out to see some notification from none other than Lalisa Manoban

lalalalisa_m: "hey uhm are you okay ? Sorry for making you uncomfortable earlier "

lalalalisa_m:" i think you're mad at me now ... Sorry 😔"

jennierubyjane:" don't worry about me , I'm fine .. i just got tired so i went home to get some rest"

lalalalisa_m:" then if you're not mad , can i see you tonight?... Just to make sure ?🥺"

jennierubyjane:" no need too.. i guess  you guys are still busy about the concert thing .. and  I'm not mad "
