Blair sat at her desk, raking her fingers through her hair. Why can't she get it right?! She dragged her eyes over what she had written in front of her. Letting out a low groan, Blair tore the page from her notepad, crumpled it into a ball and tossed it over her shoulder into the overflowing trashcan.
The teen glanced at the clock.
02:41. Silently noting the time, she yawned, realising how late it actually was.
Lying in bed, Blair gazed up at the ceiling, hoping against hope that she figures out what the fuck to do.

Lunch time. The time of the day where the cafeteria is filled to the brim with raging hormones and questionable odours. Blair was sitting with her group of friends around a table. Dinner trays were empty, so the useless gossip can begin!
"Did you hear that Brittany and Tyler are engaged?" asked Cara.
"No way," Jules responded incredulously. "They're sixteen. That's way too young to get married."
"What do you think, Blair?" Sam asked the girl rummaging through her backpack.
At the sound of her name, Blair shot her head up to look at Sam. What were they talking about? Squinting her eyes slightly, she replied with an unsure, "yes."
Cocking a brow, Sam leaned over the table. "What ya got there?" she asked slyly. Blair immediately pulled the bag onto her lap, away from the evil clutches of her friends.
"Nothing!" she defended.
"It's clearly something, or you wouldn't be acting like that," Cara spoke up.
Blair glanced at each of her friends in turn; they all had the same expression - intrigue; curiosity. Eventually, she breathed out a sigh and emptied the contents of her backpack. Out fell a plain, black folder, which instantly got scooped up by Jules.
Curious, Sam and Cara flanked her on either side, peering into the folder while Blair sheilded her face from them. Inside the folder were photographs. Not just any photograps. Fucking amazing photographs! The most beautiful photographs any of the girls had ever seen.
"I knew you were good, but I didn't know you were this good!" Cara gushed, flicking through the pictures.
"These are absolutely incredible!" cooed Jules. Blair sank further and further into her seat with each compliment her friends threw at her.
"Yanno what you should do with these?" The girls turned to look at Sam, that sly grin perched on her lips. Blair lifted a single brow, silently asking her friend to continue. "Take them to the school paper!"
Blair's second eyebrow shot up to join the other. "No way!" she got out with haste, her friends loudly agreeing with Sam. "Nope, not doing it." Blair snatched the folder back and crammed it into her bag.
"Blair, they're looking for a photographer," Sam tried to reason, Jules and Cara nodding in agreement. "With these, they'll be idiots not to take you."
Blair considered it for a second. It wouldn't be that terrible, right? I mean, it would give her the creative outlet she so desperately needed. She wasn't so confident in her work, but she knew her skills were above average. She must be good if other people liked her photos. Then again, they're most likely being biased because they're her friends.
