Chapter 5 - "Welcome Home, My Love"

Yami's POV

Yugi fell asleep on the couch, I brought him up to his room again. He must sleep on the couch often if he always falls asleep so quick on it. "Goodnight aibou." I walked out with a small blush. I only called him that a few times before, but it just rolls off the tongue.

It wasn't that late in the evening so I decided to raid the shop for a fun game. "As I thought, no one person games." I sighed looking at the small mess I made. "Better clean this up." I chuckled realizing it was later than I thought.

I grabbed some chips and sat on the couch. I absolutely love the barbecue chips, they're my favorite flavor. I threw away the empty bag, then turned off the lights. I grabbed a blanket and once again slept on the couch. They didn't have a guest room since the house was so small, but I was just happy to be back with my aibou.

--- The next morning - Yugi's POV

I woke up around 7:30. I was cold since I kicked all my sheets away in my sleep. I got up and put on a shirt and some jeans. I made sure to grab my spare phone and my jacket before running down the steps. I set both my phones and my jacket on the table. Yami was still asleep on the couch so I thought it'd be fun to go wake him up.

I creeped over to Yami's sleeping figure and kneeled on the ground next to where he was laying on the couch. "Yami~ Wake up~." I blew on his nose causing him to open his eyes. He looked hot like that, his shirt was past his belly button. He also had a leg hanging off the couch. I threw a blanket that was on the floor over onto him. "It's time to get up sleepy head. We've got things to do today." I walked back into the kitchen getting out a bowl and the milk. I didn't want to cook, so cereal wasn't bad every now and then.

Yami walked into the kitchen with the blanket I threw on him over his shoulders. "Who do I looked like?" He stroke a pose and I just laughed. "Hmmm, how about Atem the pharoah!" He broke pose and laughed along. "Correct!" He sat down at the table as I made him a bowl of cereal. "That was fun, so, what are we doing today?" I brought his food over to him, ready to tell Yami about our ultra fun day.

"I thought we'd go get some ice cream first. Maybe walk around the park and just have a good time." He looked over at me happily sitting, eating my cereal. "That sounds fun." Yami smiled over at me, which made me blush. We ate our breakfast and cleaned it up. Yami convinced me to let him do the dishes, again. Sometimes I think that a handsome man doing chores is the sexiest thing, only when it's Yami.

Yami put on some of my clothes since he didn't really have any. We got ready to leave when I remembered something. "I forgot to give you this." I gave Yami the extra phone that I keep in my room. "A phone?" Yami looked a bit confused. "If I'm ever gone and you need to tell me something, just text or call me. I've got all my friends numbers and my own saved on it!" I smiled over at me. "Thanks Yugi!" He answered cheerfully. "We'd better get going, so we don't miss out on the fun day you planned." I nodded in agreement as we left the shop, locking the door.

Yami's POV

Yugi first took me to the best, and only, ice cream shop in Domino. Yugi got a strawberry and vanilla swirl in a cone. He just loves sweets, that's one thing I find adorable about him. I got a simple chocolate cone. We took our treats to a nearby park. We sat down on a bench after walking all the way to the park.

I took a lick of Yugi's ice cream while he wasn't paying attention. "Hey! That's mine!" He took a lick of mine getting some of it on his cheek. He laughed a bit at what went down. I leaned towards Yugi and wiped off the excess ice cream that got on his face, with my tongue. Yugi turned the cutest shade of pink as he stammered to find words. "W-w-what w-was t-t-that." Yugi peered right into my soul with his gorgeous amethyst eyes. His eyes were ones I could die for.
