REWIND

CHAPTER THREE

AUTHOR'S POV

              "Who was that guy that dropped you off?" Jimin walks in after Taehyung. "He helped me out tod..." Jimin did not let him complete his sentence before he bombards him with questions. 

              "Yah, Kim Taehyung, what happened? Are you okay?" He looks at him up and down, trying to see if he as any sort of injury. "Jimin-ah, I ran into him at the hospital this morning. Also, Georgie broke down on the highway. He was nice enough to help me out."

              "Thank goodness you are okay. I told you Georgie isn't good anymore." Jimin walks over to their three sitter couch. He sits on it comfortably, facing his best friend. "You know I'm saving money to buy a used car. I'm only managing him until I have enough money saved."

               "Of course, I know that. Tae, you know I can just give you the money, right? You are my other half, my best friend. I don't want anything to happen to you. What if something bad had happened on that high-way today? I wouldn't forgive myself for it." Taehyung rest is head-on Jimin's laps as he lay down on the couch; Jimin ran his hands in Tae's hair has he listen to him talk. "You know I can't be in debt to you all the time Minnie-ah. Thanks for the offer thou, I can always count on you. Jimin, I can't take your money."

              "You can take my money anytime. What's yours is mine, what's mine is yours. By the way, where is Georgie now?"

              "Jungkook have his driver tow it to his mechanic workshop. He said I should have it running by tomorrow." Suddenly, Jimin stops running his hand into Tae's hair as he looks directly into his eyes. "Jungkook, that's his name? He is handsome and rich."

              "I hadn't noticed. Hahaha... So, where were you today? I thought you will be home all day today."

              "Mother called, she asked me to fill in for one of her models today. He had a family emergency. So, he couldn't make it to the photoshoot. She asked for you first. She likes your modeling skills better than mine. I let her know you had your interview today, don't worry. Ha! The interview, how was it?" Miss Park is a popular designer in South Korea. Both best friends have modeled for her brand, occasionally. The same goes for their younger siblings Kim YeonJun and Park SooBin.

              "My interview went well, most especially the one at DaeNam hospital. If I can get the internship, that will be great. Then, I can apply as an RD next year."

              "I believe you will get the job Tae-ah. You are the smartest one among us two.  Everyone knows I am the sassy one. Not that I'm bragging about it."

               "Hahaha... sure, you are. Are you hungry? I can make lunch." Taehyung stands up and walks into the kitchen.

                AT 9:00 PM, Jimin receives a call from an unknown number. He walks to his room to answer it, trying not to disturb Tae's beauty sleep. While Jimin walks out of their living room to his room, Taehyung is peacefully sleeping on the couch. He did not want the phone conservation to disturb Taehyung. "Hello"

               "Hello, hyung." It's his younger brother.

                "Soobin, what wrong? Why aren't you calling with your phone?"

                "Hyung, please, don't get mad. Promise me." Soobin is well aware of his brother's temper.

                "What have you done now? Park Soobin?"

                "PROMISE ME HYUNG..."

                "WHAT DID YOU DO? OKAY, FINE. I WILL NOT GET MAD. NOW TELL ME. WHAT THE HELL HAVE YOU DONE?"
