As soon as I made it to the other side I did a quick backstroke all the way back. I got out of the water and saw Brandon still paddling. I smirked as he slowly approached the finish. He got out and hissed in my ear, “I did that so that your little boyfriend doesn’t hurt me.” My face dropped and I jogged out heading towards the bathroom.
