21. Yoonji and the calm before the storm

All 8 of us looked at the modern house in awe and were snapped back to reality by the slam of a car door. We turned back to the car and saw the driver unload our luggages and helped him take them out. When all was done, we bowed to him and thanked him and watched him as he drove away. 

Walking in the house, we found out that the interior of the home was comfy and really gives off beach house aura with the interior painted white and light blue.

"I call dibs on the largest room" Jungkook and Taehyung called out in unison, quickly bickering after they realized what the other have said. Namjoon sighed, looking tired. 

"Let's just play rock paper scissors, last one standing chooses first", Hoseok suggested effectively shutting up the bickering duo. All seems to be in agreement as they simultaneously huddled into a circle. 

I didn't really care if I had the largest room, I'm just happy to be in a beach house. The first to be eliminated was Yoongi. Like I am, I know he was happy to just be near the ocean. Hoseok was eliminated right after, Seokjin followed, then Namjoon, Taehyung, Jimin. 

It seems to me that luck is on my side today considering that I had such a great time with Seokjin on the train and I didn't make a fool of myself...much 

"I'm not going easy on you Noona", Jeon Jungkook tried to intimidate me, failing miserably as I snicker at his attempt.

"Sure, Kook" I pat him on the head and he brushed my hand off with a fake offended look.

Setting down my sling bag on the bed, I hear Jungkook grumbling in the hallway. I think it's safe to say that I beat Jungkook with a gun. 

"She cheated" I heard Jungkook sulk, checking the other rooms. 

"Jungkook, she used a gun. Clearly, your paper will lose", I heard Seokjin say, to which I smirked about. Jungkook grumbled some more.

"You're just saying that 'cause she's your girlfriend", The younger one retorted, the older man letting out an indignant cry.

"Yet! She's not yet my girlfriend you punk! And she didn't even pick the largest room!" Seokjin scolded the younger boy. I walked out of my room and saw Seokjin heading to the room across from mine. Our rooms are both situated at the end of the hallway. 

"She can hear you" I told them, emphasizing 'she' and grinned seeing Seokjin turn red upon realizing I heard what he previously said. 

"I'm gonna go unpack" He fumbled with his word and quickly rushed inside the room he's claimed, meanwhile Jungkook laughed at the embarrassment of his hyung. Opting to unpack tomorrow instead, I took out my pyjamas and changed into them before walking out of my room. 

Everyone's bedroom doors were wide open, letting me peak at what rooms they've chosen. We were told that there were 7 rooms in the house. I counted 4 open bedroom doors on this floor, Jungkook taking the room beside mine, Jimin with the room beside the stairs and he has a balcony like I do, only my balcony have a hanging swing bench and he got a couch.

Taehyung took the room beside Jin's. The rooms appeared identical in color, sporting white and navy blue. I went down the stairs, pulling the blinds down knowing that the lights were on and anyone from the outside can see everyone from the inside. I looked up and marveled at the skylights.
