People (Chapter 4)

Julie's POV

Argh, my head... Where am I. I thought as I got up from the ground. Why am I here? All of a sudden my "memories" came rushing back. I clutched my head silently screaming as I fell to my knees. "SON OF A-" I shouted before I was cut off.

"Julie, are you alright?" Red said as I got off the ground. Again.

 "Yeah" I groaned as I sat on the bed. "Red... The hive is now in containment right?" I asked. 

"Yes, it is," Red said. 

"Why?" I asked even though I knew the answer...

"The T-virus has been released. I cannot allow anyone to leave or to enter. Now then. Do you have your memories back?"

"Um. I think? I remember the hive, the layout of the facility, but nothing about how I became co-director with We-Albert" I said back truthfully.

"Interesting. But it seems that there are people outside your door Jules. They know that someone is in here. You must stop them from turning me off or the mutations and the virus will escape" Red said with urgency.

"Ok Red, I'll try my best" I'm so fucked.

"Good, take the wrist computer in the drawer next to the bed. You need it in case anything goes wrong. There is also a map downloaded. Your mission is to prevent my shut down, and to leave the hive Unharmed" she said as I took the wrist computer out of the drawer and strapped it to my wrist. (I'll just call it Wrist Com. I don't know what it's actually called and I can't be bothered to write the whole thing)

I heard a noise from outside the door. "Check the other drawers weapons. I will speak to you soon" Red said and then it was silent. I hurried to the drawers and found a handgun with ammo, a gun strap and a knife. Why is this in a lab you may be asking. Well. I have no clue myself. As I strapped the gun strap (LOL) to my pants, the door opened.

I aimed my gun at the first person I saw. "Woah woah easy there. Are you Julie? Co-Director of Raccoon city Hive?" Kaplan said. I still held my gun to them. "She is" James said. (James is the captain of the group/tall black male also known as "one") 

"What are you doing down here," I said to them knowing what they were here for.

"We are here to investigate why the Red Queen has shut down the Hive." Rain said. As I was about to answer there was a sound on my wrist com. It was Wesker. I answered it. "Hello?" I said questioning as I really wanted to hang up.

"Julie, these people are here to ensure your rescue and to turn off the main power. Trust them yet do not trust them, understood" Wesker said. 

"Wait but-" I said. "Understood Jules" he said firmly as I looked at the people outside my room. "Yes sir" I said reluctantly. 

"Good, now go". He said as he cut off. I looked at the group knowing they heard everything.

"Well, should we get going" I said as I walked out the door. I saw Alice. Phew. Still alive. Let's just hope my presence doesn't change the plot of this. I really don't want to deal with any surprises.
