Awakening

I stared at the bloodied sight before me, Mey lay on the ground, unmoving, In an instant, this man had just taken down a Guard of the King? I instinctively took a step back, only to fall to my feet, this man was definitely dangerous, I managed to look back over at Mey.....what?

Mey slowly got up, her wound had disappeared, she stood tall and unafraid, determined.

"You think that's what it takes to defeat me?", Mey said each word with venom, she was starting to glow a dark pink hue, it was making the air heavy.

Rey walked up beside her, she too was glowing, her hue was different, more minty, but they both radiated power and energy. 

"Are you ready Sister?", Rey said playfully, her eyes were dancing with excitement, "Of course dear, just say the word.", Mey looked over her shoulder and glanced at me, 

"Don't worry, we'll handle this noise."

Rey raised her hands into the air, and made a loud clap, this created a flash of light, making me look away. What I saw next shocked me, Rey stood holding a long white scythe, and Mey a matching one in Black, but the most surprising part.....was their wings.

Rey had Beautiful large white wings, they resembled that of a dragon, glorious and powerful, Mey had her own set, dark as night with a dust of pink. I noticed their attire had changed as well, they both wore long togas, colors that reflected their wings. They were beautiful, magnificent, it was hard to believe that these two were demons,

"Enough of this.", Goliath growled, he lurched towards Rey, he made a huge swipe for her, Rey dodged easily, and her Scythe made a direct cut straight to his arm, not enough to cut through, but he definitely wouldn't be able to use it anymore. 

"You bitch!', he turned towards Rey, rage burning through his eyes, "I'll kill you!", just as soon as he uttered those words, he was slammed with the but of Mey's scythe, sending him across the courtyard in a single swing.

'Don't use such unkind words with my sister," Mey swing the scythe back over her shoulder, Rey had a small smirk on her face, her eyes dancing with delight.

Enraged, Goliath locked eyes on me, and raised his hand, sending a long black snake my direction,

"Not so fast," 

The black snake cracked, and then disappeared into ash, and faded away, I looked for the source, and saw Alex with his hand on a remaining piece of the snake, his exterior had changed, up on his head were two long purple Fox ears, and he had a long tail the seemed to move like smoke. I was in awe, the power I could sense from these individuals were breathtaking, I felt myself rising up from the ground, Claude got me off my feet, and put himself in front of me.

He and Alex nodded to each other, they seemed to have been talking with each others eyes, they both were silent, yet shared a common goal. My attention was snapped back over to Mey, who made another slice at Goliath, nicking his other area this time. At this rate, Goliath was cornered, and he was helpless in this fight, and he knew it himself, his face showed no fear, but his body shook. 

"I-I'll be back, just you wait!,", he turned towards me, "The King will get what he wants, he always does!"

Just like that, he just vanished without a sound, the courtyard was still, no one made a sound, I was relieved, the battle had been short, but I finally got a glimpse of the power that the Guard had.

I then saw a flash, it was a scene, there was blood, a woman standing at a temple, singing...... a man at her side....a flash of white.....the pair on the ground. So much blood.....so much.....it hurts....I can't see, it hurts!
