[Chapter 7]

Jihyo's POV

I don't know what's the motive of Necron, but I have a bad feeling about this. I can't let them hurt my members, not over my dead body. I surely know that the girls don't agree on me this time but I can't act irrational, not right now, I need to keep myself sane so we would overcome this.

I don't know what I should do right now, so here I am, walking back and forth this early in the morning not until someone interrupted me from my thinking.

"Hey Jihyo, you up?" said the voice from outside my room.

I'm sure that the voice belongs to Jeongyeon. I bet she's here to argue with me and continue to persuade me on attacking Necron.

I can't with this girl. Give me a damn break.

"What do you want?"

I know that irritation is present when I said those words, but I don't care anymore. I know that I would have to face her sooner or later, so why not do it now?

"I want to talk to you, can we?"

I have nothing better to do, so I opened the door for her and signalled her to sit with me in my bed.

Jihyo

"So what do you wanna talk about?"

I swear if she tries to piss me off this time, I'm going to kick her out.

Jeongyeon

"Chill, you don't have to be irritated every time you see me"

Jihyo

"Just spill it"

Jeongyeon

"I'm just here to say sorry about what I acted the other day"

I know that I'm at fault, and I didn't mean what I said yesterday to her.

"It's just that, I was just swayed by my emotions, I didn't mean to snap at you and oppose your decisions, I'm really sorry for that"

Jihyo

"Hahahahaha"

Jeongyeon

"What now?"

I don't get it why she's laughing when I'm saying sorry to her with full of sincerity.

Jihyo

"I just didn't expect that you would go to my room this early in the morning just to say sorry"

I can't deny that even though we fight sometimes, we still have soft spots for each other.

Jeongyeon

"So what did you expected me to do?"

JIhyo

"I thought that you are here to continue to argue with me and annoy the heck out of me, but I guess that I was wrong. But don't worry, I don't have any grudges with you and that I already forgave you the moment I left you guys at the meeting room"

Jeongyeon

"Thanks for understanding me Jihyo"

Jihyo

"No worries"

Jeongyeon

"And Jihyo, umm"

I don't know if this thing I'm about to say would offend her but—

Jihyo

I looked at my side to see Jeongyeon hesitating to say whatever is in her mind right now, so I tried to reassure her by putting my hands on her shoulder and nodding at her.
