Lizzie's POV

I just couldn't sleep so I decided to walk down to hopes room. When I got there Hope was sleeping so I knocked. She sat up quick and when I say quick I mean QUICK, like supernatural fast.

She said "What do you want now Lizzie." I sat at the end of her bed and hugged her and said "I'm sorry for being a bxtch." She replied "Me too." Breaking our hug. Then I left and closed her door.

When I got back to my room I laid down and went to bed.

*Morning*

Alaric POV
I had Emma send Hope a note to come meet me in my office.
To my surprise Hope came down at ten still in her pajamas. I said "Sleep good." Hope said "Surprisingly Yeah." I said "Well I wanted to talk to you about something we found by the old mill." Hope replied with "Ok what is it." She looked strange like she was gonna hyperventilate.

I said "This death spell i found that I know came from your grandmothers spell book." Hope said "Don't call her that she isn't my family she is just a woman who happens to me my dads mom." "Aright then we found a spell that came from 'Esthers' spell book." I said.

I asked "Soo who did you kill." She said "You know I just don't feel like telling you."

Hope POV
Alaric said "I will ask you one last time who did you kill!" I wasn't about to rat out Josie. So I said "I-I don't remember." Alaric looked at Emma and back at me and replied with "Then we will ask sheriff Matt if anyone has gone missing lately." I said "Alright but from the looks of this spell it would have burned the body's." And walked out. I went and changed them went outside. I saw Josie and Lizzie helping the little kids so I went over to ask Josie what to do. I was contemplating killing some random kid or admitting the truth.

I walked over to Josie and Lizzie and said "Hey JoJo do you need any more help with the transportation spell." Giving her the 'eye'. She said "Yeah just give me a minute." So I waked over to the tree and a few minutes later Josie walked over. She said "You look BAD I mean your hyperventilating and your sweating." I said "So remember killing the dragon and burning the body with the spell." She said "Yep so what's the problem." I said "Well your dad found the spell and Im wondering if we should tell him." She said "No no no, no way alright he will make to big of a deal." I was about to talk when I saw something jump out at Lizzie.. it looked like a GARGOYLE! So as fast as I could I ran in front of her... and then.. everything was black.

Alaric POV
I was sitting at my desk asking myself if we should get Hope more therapy or even bring in Caroline. Then Josie burst in my room and yelled "Come quick it's Hope!" I got up as quick as possible and ran after Josie. She took me out to the yard where I saw all of the kids crowding around something. Then I heard Lizzie say "EVERYONE BACK UP!" Then saw hope unconscious her uniform ripped with three big gray scratches across her stomach. I asked "WHAT HAPPENED!" And Pedro said "The monster hurt her."

Lizzie POV
Dad picked up Hopes unconscious body and carried her to our room where we all talk and have assembly's. When he got there I don't remember much happening I just remember waking to a room Emma now carrying Hopes limp body! We got there and Emma sat Hope down on the floor, head on her lap combing back her hair with her hands. We were all taking wild guesses on what the money was when Hope woke up and was trying to talk. After a few minutes she finally got out "Gargoyle!" And fell unconscious. That's when I realized what Hope had in her pocket... it was.. the.. KNIFE! The first person I told was Josie then I grabbed it out and showed Emma. That when we all heard scratching. Then Emma set an invisibility spell on the room and we all saw the Gargoyle walk past us when Dad quietly came in with a bottle. Then he walked over to Hope and fed it to her.

Hopes POV
(Before Alaric gave her the serum)
It was dark and scary then I saw my mom she was standing there talking to..... my DAD!! When they saw me they both started crying and ran over to me and hugged me. Dad asked what happened! I said "I saved my friend from a... Then I saw everyone in a room and said "Gargoyle!"

Then I was back with my parents. They warned me about something called.. Malivore they said "It was a hell dimension that erases you from existence." They were about to explain more when I woke up and saw everyone crowded around me when something my mom said or at least I think she said. It will bring hell to the people you love! I decided m that I can not let myself love until this Malivore crap is over.

Then I realized I saw saw my parents and started to cry. I got like a million hugs and you scared me. Then I said "Let's kick some Gargoyle ass." Me, Josie, Lizzie, And Dr. Saltzman were walking around the Saltzman Boring school when I saw it. Before it attacked another one of us I told the twins to take my hand and repeat after me. We all repeated a spell and the Gargoyle blew up.

*Later on*

Josie came into my room and she said "Hope will you be my..... girlfriend." I really did want to be her girl friend but I stick to my oath and said "I'm sorry... I-I just can't!" And ran out crying. I ran to my room and started writing lyrics and notes to make a song.

Josie's POV
I was so disappointed that Hope didn't want to be my girl friend I thought well I don't know what I thought. So I sat there thinking for a while then I wanted peace and quiet since everyone was talking along the halls about the Gargoyle. So I went to Hopes secret room. Then I heard playing I wanted to see what she was singing. I sat against the wall and heard her start to play her song.

I quickly ran to my room before she saw me and later in my head with my thoughts about her song and drifted off to sleep.

Hope POV
I couldn't sleep so I went Josie's and Lizzie's room. When I got there Josie was still asleep I didn't want to wake her so I went to leave she said "Hope?" I said "Yeah." She replied "You know we're still friends if something is bothering you you can tell me." I said "Thank the lord!" She said "If you want to talk meet me at the old mill in 10 minutes and hope for no dragons!" I said "Will do."

I went to the old mill and sat there until Josie came. She can and sat down next to me and I laid my head on her shoulder. She pulled me in and said "What's in your mind?" 

I said "You know when the Gargoyle attacked me?" She said "Yeah you scared the hell out of me!" I said "Yeah sorry but when I was there I saw my parents!" She pulled me closer and I moved my head down to her lap and I laid there well she played with my hair.

After a little bit I started to cry and she just sat me up and hugged me till I stopped. Then I looked her eyes and kissed her and she kissed me back. We broke our kiss and I said "I would be your girlfriend but I made an oath to never love again after well."

Josie said "I understand and I always will you don't have to explain your self to me. I went back to laying my head down in her lap and playing her playing with my hair.

Josie's POV
Sure I was disappointed that Hope couldn't be my girlfriend but I would never force her into a relationship she isn't comfortable in. I said "Hope wanna go back in." When I didn't get a answer I repeated my self then I looked down and saw her asleep. So I carried her upstairs and I swear this girl had the grip of a gorilla. She wouldn't let go so I laid down with her.

I woke up to hope shaking and crying. I learned from Lizzie that it is bad to wake a witch from her sleep she will fling you across the room. So I just rubbed her back kissed her forehead and said shhhh over and over agin until she felt safe again and we both went back to sleep.
