Dream's POV

It's been just 2 days since Deccy and I met but, she's been acting weird... And if my friends are around they talk secretly and I don't like when I see them grin while Blue is squilling.

I swear if they're planning about me and Cross, I'll literally ignore them in a week. But that's not the case. Sometimes I see them in the park near the river.

Well Ink is always there to paint since it's really pretty and relaxing near the river.

They're up to something and I'm gonna try finding it out.

(Few minutes later)

"Hey Dream! How are ya?" Blue said but, she's not hyper like always. "I'm fine, I'm actually going to the garden for lunch! Wanna come?" I said. "Not now, I uhh need to go..." She replied. "Where?" I ask "somewhere! Umm anyways have fun!" She said and left.

This is my chance. I followed Blue but, I'm still try'na hide so she's not suspicious of me. "Dream what are you doing?" Cross said, I jumped "Gah! Cross! Uhm.. Nothing? Hehe" I said nervously.

"Uh huh.. anyways Nightmare want to see you" he said. "I-uhh.. can't!! I have.. better things to do and go somewhere... Uh.. BYE!!" and with that I rushed and try to track where Blue was.

I saw Blue and Ink talking. I hid beside the corner and pin myself on the wall while listening to their conversation but, I can't, they're to far. "Geez, I can't hear them!" I whispered to myself.

I felt something grab my waist and I turned to see Nightmare's tentacles around me (I said they're human forms but never said they don't have their magic) it lifted me, I tried to struggle but it didn't work.

"Better things to do?" Nightmare said. "And it's none of your business! Now put me down!" I demanded, "well.. it is because we're planning something but you can't know" Nightmare said. I growled and struggle.

"Put me down!!" I said. "Nah.. your having lunch with me" He said and with that we went to the cafe and had lunch.

After school

Cross's POV

I can't believe I agreed with this. I'm currently near the river at the park. The gang made this 'date' for me and Dream. Basically this is a picnic date which is simple. Deccy said Dream like simple things so they plan this out. I'm really nervous thinking what will happen 'I'm asking her now. I can't make a mistake. I'm gonna date her' this thought is making me more nervous.

I was walking on the hallway and I saw Dream at her locker. "H-hey Dream!" I stutter. "Oh hey Cross! N-need something?" She ask.

"Can I-uh.. ask-uhh.. Can I-uhh um.." I stutter "Can you what?" She ask. "C-can I a-ask you on a..  on.. a... D-date?" I said I felt my face heat up. "I-uhh umm... S-sure.." she said and a blush on her.

"G-great! Uhm.. meet me by the river at the park!" I said and left

I hear footsteps, I turned to see Dream. I greeted her and she sat next to me and greet back. She put earpods on and look around, she smiled and made me Blush..

I heard rustling by the bushes and saw Blue, Ink and Deccy
